The Study Of Emotional Disease Cases In The Jin And Yuan Dynasty(1115-1368)

Purpose:The emotion is an important part of Chinese traditional medicine.Learning the cases of emotional disease are the effective ways to understand research and treatment of ancient physicians.Most of discussion about emotional disease in the Jin and Yuan period is theory and research on the cases of individual physicians.It is lack of systematically review and summarize.The topic is under the guidance of the basic theoretical knowledge of traditional chinese medicine.The paper analysises emotional disease cases writing by medical scientists suchas Xushuwei,Zhangcongzheng,Chenziming,Luotianyi,Zhudanxi to clearl emotional disease treatment and pharmacy in the Jin and Yuan dynasty. It can provide more ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:The topic is based on literature research from 1115 to 1368.(Representative physicians and cases in the Jin and Yuan period).The study will be divided into three parts to analysis the emotional disease cases in the Jin and Yuan period:the first part is defined the related concepts such as emotion,ideal,emotional,emotional disease and so on. It is also including treatments of emotional disease,the second part takes each physician in the Jin and Yuan period as the main line and analysises each representative physician cases of emotional disease.It is also including treatment characteristics of each physician,the third part summarizes cause of disease,pathogenesis,therapeutic method,prescription,formula about cases of emotional disease in the Jin and Yuan period.Results:The cases of emotional diseases are very rich in the Jin and Yuan period. The causes of emotional disease including joy,anger, sorrow, overthinking, sadness, surprise, diseases involving internal medicine, surgical, gynecology, pediatric.The treatments of emotional disease are very rich in the Jin and Yuan period.The emotion inter-resistance is one of the important methods of treating emotional diseases.The physicians use a lot of prescription and drug to treat emotional diseases.The doctors each had its own features.Xushuwei is good at speeching method to treat emotional diseases,Chenziming is good at the treatment of women’s emotional diseases,Luotianyi is good at the treatment from spleen and stomach to treat emotional diseases,Zhudanxi is emphasized the importance of etiology of emotional diseases.
