Clinical Observation Of Yang Xue Xiao Bi Soup And Package Therapyfor Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris That The Syndrome Of Wind And Dryness Due To Blood Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effects and safety of Yang Xue Xiao Bi Soup and package therapy for curing vulgaris psoriasis of which the patients have the syndrome of wind-dryness caused by blood deficiency.Methods:100 cases of vulgaris psoriasis patients who had the syndrome of wind-dryness caused by blood deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 4 cases dropped because of not finishing follow-up visit.Finally treatment group contained 48 cases actually and control group had 48 cases. The treatment group gave the Yang Xue Xiao Bi Soup,150ml,bid po.,and package therapy with scorpion cream was added to the therapy.While the control group gave Runzaozhiyang Capsule,4 capsules,tid,po., and package therapy with vaseline was added to the therapy. Record the clinical effects:the degree of relief condition of the lesion areas and the severity of the disease before treatment,after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment separately and the changes of blood routine examination,urine routine and function of liver and kidney before and after treatment, to evaluate the clinical effects and safety of Yang Xue Xiao Bi Soup and package therapy with scorpion cream.Results:After 8 weeks’treatment, the scores of relief condition of the lesion areas of treatment group was more obvious. Of the treatment group, completely recovery 9 cases, markedly effective 28 cases, effective 8 cases,and no effect 3 cases.The total effective rate is 77.08%; Of the control group, completely recovery 3 cases, markedly effective 24 cases, effective 12 cases,and no effect 9 cases.The total effective rate is 56.25%. The curative effect comparison of the two groups of patients showed statistical significance.(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The Yang Xue Xiao Bi Soup and package therapy with scorpion cream can relieve the condition of lesion areas and the severity of patients who suffer from vulgaris psoriasis obviously,and it can also reduce the PASI scores,and relieve the clinical symptoms.2.The Yang Xue Xiao Bi Soup and package therapy with scorpion cream is the an effective prescription for the treatment of vulgaris psoriasis.
