Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of addition and subtraction QINGWEISAN in treating nasal eczema(spleen-stomach damp-heat).Methods:From March to December of 2015,we collected 60 cases with nasal eczema(spleen-stomach damp-heat) treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine. Then randomly divided into two groups. The observation group oral addition and subtraction QINGWEISAN, the control group oral kuh-seng capsules, both groups besmear ointment of QUANXIE locally.7 days for a course of treatment, observe 2 courses. Record the results, and statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, total effective rate of the control group was 80%.By Ridit analysis, p<0.05,the two groups did differ significantly,the efficacy of the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The efficacy of addition and subtraction QINGWEISAN is better than that of kuh-seng capsules.2.The treatment of addition and subtraction QINGWEISAN on rhinodynia, oozing yellow, scabs and scope of skin lesions is superior to that of kuh-seng capsules; the two groups of drug curative effect on rhinocnesmus, painful abdominal mass, nausea, brown urine and diarrhea is the same.3. The effect of addition and subtraction QINGWEISAN is significant excpet the treatment of the brown urine.
