| Objective:From the point of view of the combination of Shaoyang and Yangming to treat rosacea,the traditional Chinese medicine dampness-heat clearing combined with strong pulse light was used to treat rosacea of dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach,and its clinical efficacy and effect on the quality of life of patients were observed,in order to provide an effective and safe treatment for rosacea.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rosacea of damp-heat type in the spleen and stomach were randomly divided into treatment group(30 patients with damp-heat clearing plus strong pulse light)and control group(30 patients with minocyclin e hydrochloride capsule).The basic treatment plan of the two groups was wet application of compound phellodendron liquid coating and external application of fucidic acid ointment.The main symptom scores of the skin lesions(erythema,telangiectasia,papules and pustules)were observed and recorded before and after 6 weeks of treatment Secondary symptom scores(itching,burning,tingling,swelling,plaque,eye performance,facial peripheral involvement,hyper trophic changes),quality of life scores and adverse reactions,etc.,were statistically analyzed using SPSS27.0 software.Results:After treatment,the main and secondary symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were improved compared with those before;After treatment,the improvement degree of erythema,telangiectasia,burning and swelling in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement degree of papule and pustule,pruritus and tingling sensation(P>0.05);After treatment,the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The modified damp heat clearing combined with strong pulsed light can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with rosacea,and is superior to the control group.2.The treatment of dampness-heat type rosacea with dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach is effective and safe,especially for patients with rosacea,the improvement of facial erythema,telangiectasia,swelling and burning sensation is better than the control group;In terms of quality of life,the improvement of patients’ anxiety was also better than that of the control group.3.According to the theory that the six meridians come from the eight principles,this study believes that the pathogen esis of rosacea is the combination of Shaoyang and Yangming in traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment of damp-heat and damp-heat is modified by the gentian Xiegan decoction,which is used to reconcile Shaoyang and clear damp-heat.The curative effect is determined,and the pathogen esis is cut,which provides a treatment idea for the differentiation and treatment of rosacea by the traditional Chinese medicine. |
