The Experimenial Influences And Relevance Of Baihui-Qubin Acupuncture On CD62P Expression Of Rats With Intracerebral Hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the relation between the expression of CD62P and the formation of inflammation and thrombus after cerebral hemorrhage, through observe the therapeutic process of acupuncturing Baihui Qubin.The purpose is to further understanding the severity and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.METHOD:132 Male Wistar rats was divided into 3 groups randomly:blank group, model group, acupuncture group (acupuncture model group). Among them,60 for both model group and acupuncture group,12 for blank group, and each group was divided into 4 sub-groups as different point-in-time:6h, 24h,3d,7d. Then build the rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage. When the rats revived, observe and record the degree of neurological impairment. Use Berderson score to assess the rat model. Acupuncture group was being treat by acupuncture in different times. The 6h,24h group was acupunctured once after revived, and the group of 3d 7d was acupunctured once each day after revived. After treatment, the rat was excessively anesthetized to take take the serum as sample.ELISA was used to detect the CD62P level in plasma of each group.Observe the expression level of cd62p in the rat brain. Statistic analysis the data result at lastRESULT:1 The neurological impairment of rats in same time-in-point was obviously alleviated after acupuncture treatment. In the 6h day,the neurological impairment was the severest, until the 7th day,the limb paralysis was still exist.2 ELISA result:1) The expression of CD62P in the rats’brain which have cerebral hemorrhage was obviously higher than the rats of blank group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).2) The expression of CD62P was reach the peak in the time of the 3th day after operation.3) The expression of CD62P of the rats of acupuncture group was obviously lower than the model group of the same point-in-time.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01)3 The expression of CD62P in the rats’brain of different point-in-time, is positively correlated to the level of Berderson score.CONCLUSION:1 The acupuncture treatment of Baihui-Qubin can restrain the inflammation reaction after cerebral hemorrhage, protect the brain tissue from further damage.2 The treatment of Baihui-Qubin can suppress the expression of CD62p on the blood platelets memtrane, to restrain the formation of encephaledema and inhibit the inflammation reaction.
