| Objective:To observe the change of each index of HRV by acupuncturing Yang lingquan point, explore the effect of acupuncturing Yanglingquan point on the HRV of cerebral infarction patients.Method:All 30 cases come from the wards of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Chinese Medicine College, including 13 cases of male patients,17 cases of female patients. There are 16 patients with infarction in the left and the right side of the 14 cases.The average age of 54.77±6.00.Do research after get the oral promise. There were no significant difference in age, basic heart rate and the courses of disease in different genders after statistics processing.(PAge=0.661, P Basicheart rate=0.186, P course= 0.207, P>0.05) After the completion of the preparation of experimental conditions, turn on the dynamic electrocardiogram instrument of medilog(?) AR12, choose the Yanglingquan point on the left limb 5 minutes later,inserting and hand-manipulating of needle after regularly disinfect the point and after cleaning the handler’s hands.Utilize mild reinforcing-attenuating technique after 10 minutes, pull the needle out 20 minutes later,then shut down the instrument after continues to record the date 5min.It need 30min during the whole operation and the time of retaining needle is 20min.Discuss the results and the conclusions after comparing the index of before acupuncture with after doing that and comparing different times between each group according to time domain and frequency domain analysis methods.Results:The results of time domain analysis methods, there were statistically significant differences in comparing inserting the needle 5 minutes later and 15 minutes later with 5 minutes before inserting needle in the SDNN (P<0.01),numerical value decreased.The results of frequency domain analysis methods, there were statistically significant differences in the HF% and LF% when compare each time point with the moment of 5 minutes before inserting the needle, the numerical value increased (P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the Log LF/HF,ULF% and VLF% when compare each time point with the moment of 5 minutes before inserting the needle, the numerical value decreased (P< 0.01).There was significant statistically difference in the HF when compare inserting the needle 15min later with the moment of 5 minutes before inserting the needle, the numerical value decreased (P <0.05)and there were highly significant differences in other different time points (P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the ULF when compared the moment of inserting with 5 minutes before inserting the needle,then compare the moment of hand-manipulating of needle with 5 minutes before inserting the needle, the numerical value increased (P<0.01) and compare the other time points with 5 minutes before inserting the needle,the numerical value decreased(P<"0.01). There was no significant different in the LF when compare inserting the needle 5 minutes later with 5 minutes before inserting,the other different time points had statistically significant difference, the numerical value decreased (P<0.01)Each index comparable with different time points show that:there was statistically significant difference in the ULF when compare inserting the needle 5 minutes later with the moment of the needle removal, the numerical value increased (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the ULF and VLF when compare hand-manipulating of needle with the moment of inserting the needle,the numerical value increased (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the ULF,VLF and ULF% when compare hand-manipulating of needle with the moment of inserting the needle 5 minutes later,the numerical value increased.There was statistically significant differences in the LF when compare hand-manipu-lating of needle with the moment of inserting the needle 5 minutes later,the numerical value decreased.There were statistically significant differences in the ULF,VLF and ULF% when compare hand-manipulating of needle with the moment of the needle removal,the numerical value increased.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture Yanglingquan point that can significantly reduce the vagus nerve activity of patients with cerebral infarction.2.Acupuncture Yanglingquan point that can significantly reduce the autonomic nervous tension of patients with cerebral infarction.3.Acupuncture Yanglingquan point that can significantly increase the sympathetic nervous activity of patients with cerebral infarction.4.Mild reinforcing-redrucing method can enhance the effect on the ULFã€VLF and ULF% of patients with cerebral infarction.5.There is a significantly effect on the HRV of cerebral infarction patients by acupuncture Yanglingquan point and there is a sequelae after withdrawing of the needle from Yanglingquan point. |
