| Objective:This paper explored efficacy of thyroid cancer postoperation in The type of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation by "Chaizhi Decoction" which drafted by myself Method:Eighty eligible patients was randomly assigned between experimental group and comparing group. The group with I ablation and thyroid stimulating hormone inhibition therapy was regarded as comparing group; On the basis of Western medicine treatment, "Chaizhi Decoction" which drafted by myself was added to improve the quality of patients’ life in the other group. During the experiment time, lasted two cycles of treatment, we can obtain the experimental results.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the comparing group before two cycles(P> 0.05).2.The number of patients with abnormal cervical ultrasound in two groups showed no significant effect(P> 0.05), the number of positive cases of patients with abnormal cervical ultrasound decreased in two groups before the second cycle of treatment, with no significant difference(P> 0.05).3.After two cycles of treatment, compared with the control group’ positive cases of Post-treatment whole body scan, experimental group showed no significant effect(P> 0.05), the number of positive cases of Post-treatment whole body scan decreased in two groups after the second cycles of treatment, with the statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).4.The number of patients with abnormal thyroid globulin in two groups was different(P< 0.05), the number of positive cases of patients with abnormal thyroid globulin decreased in two groups before the second cycle of treatment, and treatment group were better than the control group, with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.The number of patients with abnormal thyroid globulin antibody in two groups showed no significant effect(P>0.05), the number of positive cases of patients with abnormal thyroid globulin antibody decreased in two groups before the second cycle of treatment, with no significant difference(P> 0.05).6.Before and after the treatment, the number of patients with abnormal blood of the treatment group compared with those of the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). After the second cycle of treatment, the number of positive cases of the treatment group and the control group were decreased, and the validity of treatment group were better than that of the the control group, with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).7.Before and after the treatment, the number of patients with abnormal liver and kidney function of the treatment group compared with those of the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). After the second cycle of treatment, the number of positive cases of the treatment group and the control group were decreased, and the validity of treatment group were better than that of the the control group, with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).8.Before and after the treatment, the KPS scores of the treatment group compared with those of the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). After the second cycle of treatment, the KPS scores of the treatment group and the control group were increased, and the KPS scores of the treatment group were better than those of the the control group, with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group (77.5%) before and after the treatment was better than that in the control group (53.8%), with significant difference (P<0.05).9.TCM syndrome scores of treatment group compared with those of the control group before and after treatment, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). After the second cycle of treatment, TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the total effective rate (95%) in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (87.17%), and there was significant difference (P<0.05).10. Toxic side-effects scores of treatment group compared with those of the control group before and after treatment, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). After the second cycle of treatment, toxic side-effects scores of the treatment group and the control group were increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). To toxic side-effects scores before and after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group (77.5%) was better than that of the control group (15.4%), with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:From the experiment, the result that there were distinct advantages to. add"Chaizhi Decoction"which drafted by myself on the basis of Western medicine treatment manifested in many respects. For example:KPS score, scores of TCM symptoms, remission of toxic side-effects, positive rate of tumor reoccurrence and metastasis. |
