Observe The Clinical Efficacy On The Addition And Substraction Ergansan To Treating Acute Aczema

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy on the addition and substraction ergansan to treating aczema of external ear.Compare and analyse the changes before and after treatment,so as to elaborate the clinical efficacy,to provide a new idea for clinical and treatment of acute eczema.Method:In April 2015 to February 2016 in the TCM of Heilongjiang,60 cases of patients who are suffering the aczema of wind dampness make earwitness were divided into TCM group and the western medicine group randomly.The TCM group was treated with modified ergansan orally,19g each time,two times a day.The western medicine group treated with Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets,one at a time, once a day,oral.The two groups are common topical sanhuangsan plusscorpio ointment,evenly smear on the affected area,two times a day.Total treatment for 10 days.Result:After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower (P< 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).The observation group of 30 cases,8 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 86.70%. The control group of 30 cases,4 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 70%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05),which indicated that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of addition and substraction ergansan is definite in the treatment of acute eczema of wind dampness make earwitness.2.The observation group in improving clinical efficiency and symptoms and signs are significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).
