Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Yiyiren Tang With External Application Therapy In Treating Periarthritis Of Should In Wind-cold-dampness Stiffness Type

Objective:The research adopts randomized to Yiyiren Tang with external application therapy combined with functional exercise and celecoxib capsules combined with functional exercise two groups of contrast,observe two groups of stiff wind cold dampness type treatment clinical curative effect of periarthritis of shoulder,explore Yiyiren Tang with external application therapy combined with functional exercise of clinical curative effect and mechanism of action,in order to the treatment system,objective and scientific evaluation,for clinical provides a more reasonable and effective treatment.Methods:from January 2019 to January 2020,63 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in the department of orthopedics of the university hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Yiyiren Tang with external application therapy The celecoxib capsule combined with functional exercise group was the control group with 32 participants.To 30 days of treatment,two groups of patients of two groups of clinical symptoms,shoulder joint function recovery before treatment,after treatment for five days,ten days,15 days,20 days,30 days observation records,compare the change of observation indexes before and after treatment,using SPSS25.0 software for statistical data analysis,observation statistics difference before and after treatment.Results:· There was no significant difference in general conditions(age,sex,and course of disease)between the two groups before treatment.· After 30 days of treatment,the Mc Gill pain score,shoulder function Constant-Murley assessment method,ASES score of shoulder joint function,western medicine efficacy comparison,and Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy comparison of patients in the treatment group and the control group were all significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).At 5,10 and 15 days after treatment,the reduction of Mc Gill score and shoulder function Constant-Murley assessment method in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the Mc Gill score and shoulder function Constant-Murley assessment method assessment were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two treatment regimens of Yiyiren Tang with external application therapy combined with functional exercise and celecoxib capsule combined with functional exercise were both effective in the treatment of wind-colddampness scapulohumeral periarthritis.2.In terms of relieving shoulder pain,improving the range of motion of joints and improving the ability of daily activities,Yiyiren Tang with external application therapy combined with functional exercise was weaker than celecoxib capsule combined with functional exercise for 15 days of continuous treatment for periarthritis of shoulder with wind-cold and dampness.After continuous treatment for 30 days,added semen coicis decoction combined with functional exercise had better therapeutic effect.
