Background:Mei-yu yao, chief physician, professor, supervisor of postgraduate, a very famous doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province,the member of Chinese medicine gynecology department in Heilongjiang Province,the associate director of Chinese Medicine University Gynecology Department in Heilongjiang Province, academic heir of Xiuxia Wang who is old famous national Chinese medicine professor.She has accumulated rich experience about pregnancy disease treatment in the time that she was doctor for more than ten years.Fetal irritability is a disease of common and frequently occurring disease of pregnancy,that incidence is increasing.It has become one of the important problems that troubled women during pregnancy。 The patient who is Threatened abortion and constipation may abdominal distention or anal fissure or even affect the health of the fetus if the patient did not cure the disease.Professor Yao has done meticulous research and carefully dialectical on this disease, and achieved remarkable curative effect.Objective:The focus of this paper is study medication characteristics and rule that pofessor Yao treat the threatened abortion and constipation,and it provide a reference for Chinese medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion and constipation.Methods:Methods:Setting up the data table by applicating the MicrosoftExcel2012 and using frequency analysis, cluster analysis to integrate、inducte and analysis the effective prescription of the professor Yao that treat the diseas of fetal movement disturbed with constipation.Summing up the medication rule of the professor Yao that treat the diseas of fetal movement disturbed with constipation.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,139 cases were screened out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and a total of 45 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained. The total frequency was 1775 times,frequency of use in more than 85% of the drug is 7, followed by dodder, mistletoe, liquorice, Himalayan teasel root, white peony root, eucommia bark, astragalus, that is the core of the drug. Drug use frequency in 50-84.95, pseudostellaria root, Atractylodes, angelica, Radix Ophiopogonis, gelatin, can be regarded as the main drug. Frequency of drug use in the 20-49.9 drug have four kinds of, baikal skullcap root, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Balloonflower root, Eclipta, considered to be the major drugs of compatibility. The frequency of the use of false drugs was 1406 times, accounting for 89.8% of the total frequency, and the dominant position in the treatment. In the four statistics of common drugs, the drug that is flat and temperature used mostly, frequency of use respectively 687,621, in decreasing order of frequency 43.9%,39.6%; Five kinds of drugs commonly used in statistics, sugariness drug use the most times,1364 times, the frequency is 87.1%.In the statistics of the commonly used drugs, the liver by the frequency of drug is 969 times; the drug using frequency of spleen 963 times,722 times the frequency of lung drug use conclusion:the drug using frequency of Kidney drug is 699 times, the using frequency of stomach drug is 458 times, the using frequency of the liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach accounted for 87.9% that is the most.Conclusion:1、 Through the frequency analysis we can find Core drugs of treating threatened abortion and constipation(A total of 7 flavor)and Major drug of treating threatened abortion and constipation(A total of 5flavor).The property of a medicine that isselected therapeutic drugs is in the majority of flat sex, temperature.
