The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery was first made by the professor Henrik Kehlet of Univ Copenhagen Denmark in 1997, it is combined of the latest advances in surgery, anesthesia and nursing. Using a series of evidence-based medical evidence of perioperative optimization measures to reduce the patient’s physical and psychological trauma stress, and promote early recovery. In this research, we’ve collected a total of 66 patients with liver diseases that need surgery treatment from January2015 to December 2015 in hospital 。 divided into ERAS group and traditional treatment group, to do the comparison research, and the evaluation of the clinical application effect.Purpose:By comparing the ERAS therapy and the traditional treatment, to prove the former in the length of hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization expenses such as superior to the traditional treatment project. Methods:Compare ERAS treatment with traditional treatment in hospitalization expenses, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time, and clinical indicators such as the incidence ofcomplications based on the patients with liver diseases need surgical treatment. Results:Compared ERAS treatment with the traditional treatment, the former advances in postoperative exhaust time significantly(statistically significant), postoperative hospitalization days get shorter, hospitalization expenses decrease significantly, meanwhile The incidence of postoperative complications makes no difference. Conclusion:The ERAS theory in liver disease diagnosis and treatment process is safe and effective, and compared with the traditional treatment,it could advance the first postoperative exhaust time significantly, shorten the hospitalization days, decrease the hospitalization expenses.
