To explore the relationship factors between perceived professional benefits and occupational commitment. Providing theoretical evidence for managers to guide nurses fell professional benefit and enhance their occupational commitment. Methods:In May to October 2015, 348 nurses from grade III-A hospitals in Changchun city were surveyed. The research tools were general information of nursesã€Perceived Professional Benefits Questionnaire 〠Occupational Commitment Questionnaire. Epidata 3.0 was used to set up database and SPSS17.0 was used to analyze it. The statistical methods include: descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis H test and pearson correlation analysis. Results:1. The average total score was 4.04±0.58 of clinical nurses’ perceived professional benefit; The scores from high to low was “Their own growth†ã€â€œgood relationship between nurses and patients†ã€â€œteam belonging†ã€â€œfamily identity†ã€â€œpositive professional perceptionâ€. There were statistically difference among employment wayã€ageã€title and number of night shifts.2. The average total score was 3.32±0.58 of clinical nurses’ occupational commitment; the scores from high to low was “emotional commitment†〠“normative commitment†〠“economic cost commitment†〠“opportunity commitment†and “emotional cost commitmentâ€. There were statistically difference among employment wayã€education backgroundã€titleã€monthly salary and night shifts.3. Nurses’ perceived professional benefit and occupational commitment has significant positive. Conclusions:1. The nurses’ perceived professional benefit at a satisfactory level and its influencing factor included employment wayã€ageã€title and number of night shifts.2. The nurses’ occupational commitment at a medium level and its influencing factor included employment wayã€education backgroundã€titleã€monthly salary and night shifts.3.
