Objectives:To investigate the status of professional benefit sense of operating room specialist nurses,analyze its influencing factors,and explore the correlation between psychological capital,work engagement,innovation behavior and professional benefit sense,so as to provide theoretical basis for enhancing professional benefit sense of operating room specialist nurses and promotes the development of operating room specialist nurses.Methods:This study is a cross-sectional investigation.Convenience sampling method was adopted to select the nursing staff who have obtained the national and provincial operating room specialist nurse certificate in Shandong Province as the research objects.Use the nurses’ perceived professional benefits questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,nurses innovation behavior scale and work engagement scale(UWES)to generate questionnaires,to investigate the research objects that met the inclusion criteria.SPSS20.0 was used for data processing and analysis,statistical methods include:descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,psychological capital uses the Bootstrap program in the Process3.0 plug-in to test the mediating effect.RESULTS:A total of 336 questionnaires were collected in this study,among which 9 unqualified questionnaires were excluded,327 valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery rate of 97.32%.1.There were 327 valid data questionnaires,among which 293 were female,accounting for 89.6%;Age range:170 people aged 22-35,accounting for 52.0%;Education level:mainly with bachelor degree,accounting for 288 people,accounting for 88.1%;Working years:more than 10 years,210 people,accounting for 64.2%;Marital status:Mainly married,289 people,accounting for 88.4%;Way of employment:mainly contract nurses,150 people,accounting for 45.9%;Professional title:The largest proportion of nurses in charge is 202,accounting for 61.8%;Position:among the specialist nurses,there are 156 teachers who teach the department,48 are the heads of the specialist teams of the department,and 40 are head nurses.2.The total average score of professional benefit of operating room specialist nurses is(4.44±0.47),which is at a above medium level,and the average score of each dimension(from high to low):good nurse-patient relationship(4.55±0.47),self-growth(4.55±0.46),sense of team belonging(4.40±0.55),identification with relatives and friends(4.37±0.55),positive career perception(4.30±0.57).3.The total average score of psychological capital of specialist nurses in operating room is(4.58±0,89),which is at a above medium level.The scores of each dimension(from high to low):optimism(4.64±1.00),self-efficacy(4.61±0.98),resilience(4.57±0.95),hope(4.52±0.96).4.The total average score of work engagement of specialist nurses in the operating room was(5.03±1.04),which is at a high level.and the scores of each dimension(from high to low):vitality(5.27±1.03),concentration(5.01±1.13),dedication(4.81±1.15).5.The total average score of innovative behavior of specialist nurses in operating room is(3.27±0.64)points,which is at a medium level.and the scores of each dimension(from high to low):generating ideas(3.56±0.66),realizing ideas(3.24±0.80),obtaining support(3.08±0.74).6.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistical differences in the sense of professional benefit in terms of gender、age、position、whether there was a patent or fund,whether the hospital had continuing education or professional title promotion policy after obtaining specialist nurse certificate(P<0.05).7.Pearson correlation analysis results:psychological capital and the total score and each dimension of professional benefit were positively correlated,and the correlation coefficient(r=0.461,P<0.01);the total score and each dimension of work engagement and professional benefit were positively correlated,correlation coefficient(r=0.596,P<0.01);innovative behavior and the total score of professional benefit and each dimension were positively correlated,correlation coefficient(r=0.381,P<0.01).8.Hierarchical regression results show that whether there is continuing education or professional title promotion policy,psychological capital,innovative behavior,and work engagement are the main influencing factors of specialist nurses’ sense of professional benefit in the operating room,and they together explain 41.6%of the total variation of professional benefit sense.9.The mediating effect of psychological capital between work engagement and professional benefit of specialist nurses’ in operating room is a partial mediation,and the mediating effect accounts for 15.38%.Conclusion:1.The professional benefit sense of operating room specialist nurses is above medium level,and there is still room for further intervention and improvement.2.Under the influence of general demographic characteristics,the level of professional benefit perceived by female is higher than that of male,the level of benefit perceived by nursing managers is higher than that of ordinary nurses,and the level of professional benefit perceived by operating room specialist nurses aged 35-45 is higher than that of other age groups,those who have patents or funded projects are higher than those who have not.3.Whether the hospital has the policy of continuing education or promotion of professional title,psychological capital,work engagement and innovation behavior are the main influencing factors of professional benefit of operating room specialist nurses.Operating room managers can focus on specific issues,thereby enhancing their professional benefit experience.4.The work engagement of specialist nurses in the operating room can directly affect the sense of professional benefit,and it can also indirectly affect the improvement of the sense of professional benefit through psychological capital.Psychological capital has a partial mediating effect between work engagement and perceived professional benefit. |
