Clinical Observation Of Self-made Prescription On Phlegm And Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe and evaluate self lowering side of the phlegm and hyperlipidemia clinical efficacy study from phlegm, liver, spleen, kidney three dirty dysfunction as the main point of pathogenesis Treating hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia.Methods:Phlegm Stasis 60 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into experimental and control groups, the test group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients, the test group of patients taking lipid-lowering side since the proposed control group taking simvastatin statins, the total course of 60 days. Then analyzed and compared before and after each group of patients taking lipid, medicine illness, TCM and other indicators of change.Results:Self lowering side of phlegm hyperlipidemia obvious lipid-lowering effect, which, in effect lowering with simvastatin on total fairly; in lowering cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), increased high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) aspects of simvastatin was no significant difference in improving the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and lowering TG aspect is superior to simvastatin.Conclusion:Since the proposed lowering side of the phlegm and blood lipids in patients with hyperlipidemia have a good therapeutic effect, and in lowering triglycerides (TG) and to improve TCM superior to the control group.
