The Clinical Effect Of The External Application Of Huoxue Zhitong Powder Combining With Honeyin The Painrelief And Detumescence Of The Hemorrhoidal Disease Caused By Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis

Combining with literature review and statistic analysis, this paper discusses the clinical effect of the external application of huoxue zhitong powder combining with honey in the pain relief and detumescence of the hemorrhoidal disease caused by stagnation of qi and blood stasisMethods:Based on the principle of random grouping, the 60 cases of patients according with the inclusion criteria (these patients all suffer the hemorrhoidal disease caused by stagnation of qi and blood stasis, none of them have contraindications, and all them temporarily are unwilling to accept surgery) are divided into the matched group and the treatment group. The patients in the matched group are given the external Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment, and the patients in the treatment group are given the external application of the Huoxuezhitong powder with honey. The pain VAS score, the situation of the dropsy in cut edge, the security index and the untoward effect of the patients in two groups. The data are recorded on the first, the fourth and the seventh day before and after the treatment. The records are compared, analyzed and statistically processed to make conclusions.Results:1. In terms of the pain relief effect of the two groups:the overall effective rates of the two therapeutic methods are compared and there is no significant difference, which suggests that the effective rates of these two therapeutic methods are basically the same; the obvious curative rate of the two therapeutic methods are compared, and there is significant difference. The average pain scores of the patients in the Huoxuezhitong powder group recorded on the first, the fourth and the seventh day are lower than those of the patients in the Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment group. And the Huoxuezhitong powder group has lower the time of pain relief. According to the statistical analysis, there is significant difference between these two groups. The Huoxuezhitong group has obvious therapeutic effect2. In terms of the dropsy degree and the relief time, the treatment group has lower dropsy degree and lower relief time. There are significant differences between these two groups.Conclusion:The Huoxuezhitong powder is mainly used in the treatment after the orthopedic surgery. It has effective effect of promoting blood flow to remove stasis decoction and relieving swelling and pain. It can effectively relieve the pain and swelling in the body of the patients. According to the theory of the same syndrome for different disease, the author uses the Huoxuezhitong powder combining with honey in the treatment of the hemorrhoidal disease caused by stagnation of qi and blood stasis and has achieved obvious curative effect. This method is the ideal one for the expectant treatment of the hemorrhoidal disease caused by stagnation of qi and blood stasis.
