| Objective:To explore the principles of the framework and basic principles of nursing clinical practice teaching path framework of nursing undergraduates in a single department; Applied science research methods, build a set of in line with the current our country clinical nursing education characteristic and the demand of clinical teaching path frame system, for the clinical teaching of nursing interns and cultivation and to provide the reference to a certain basis for clinical teaching.Methods:By the method of literature review, a semi-structured interview, construction of nursing clinical practice teaching path of nursing undergraduates in a single department, basic principles, the theoretical basis of the framework and by early indicators; Application of Delphi expert enquiry for screening method for index; And the sequence diagram to determine the weight of the index system; Use a crowns Bach coefficient for the index system of reliability test; Using Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0 statistical software for data processing.Results:1.Constructed to embrace the Early stage(1 to 3 days), Familiarization period(4 to 7 days), Stabilization period((8 to 14days), Consolidation period(5 to 21 days), Development period(22 to 26 days), Ended period (27ã€28 days) of 6 one class,45 measures of secondary " The framework of nursing clinical practice teaching path of nursing undergraduates in a single department".2. The positive coefficient of two rounds of expert enquiry for 76.7% and 100%, respectively, the expert’s judgment coefficient is 0.912, familiarity with coefficient is 0.882, the authority of experts coefficient of 0.897. After two rounds of enquiry for index of 6 one class between 0.104-0.159, the variation coefficient of variation coefficient of the secondary indexes 45 items between 0.048~0.197 (< 0.25), the coordination coefficient of index of 6 one class is 0.310,45 the coordination coefficient of the secondary index is 0.337, the coordination coefficient of significance test P< 0.01.3. This research adopts the internal consistency coefficient of the stability of the content of the investigation questionnaire, the first round of enquiry for all levels of indicators, cronbach alpha were 0.682,0.916, the second round,cronbach alpha were 0.783,0.931, therefore this evaluation index system of the result is accurate and credible.Conclusions:1. This study was based on theory and reality, follow certain principles, discusses the structure of nursing clinical practice teaching path frame system and throughout the observable measurable index content, enrich the theoretical system of nursing clinical education, for the nursing clinical teaching provides a scientific methodology.2. To build a set of contains six primary index of 45 measures of secondary nursing clinical practice teaching path framework system; Experts write positive coefficient, authority coefficient, variation coefficient and the coordination coefficient results show that expert consulting representative and high credibility. |
