Objective:Research of oralling medicine decoction of Buyanghuanwu on improving the curative effect of Treating the Numbness Pain Caused by Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis of Lumbar Disc Herniation after Operation, At the same time compare and observe the difference of its short-term and long-term curative effect between Buyanghuanwu group、mecobalamin group and blank group.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment.Methods:This study of 90 patients selected from the orthopedic department in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital between October 2013 to March 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of treated, the clinical diagnosis is lumbar disc herniation after the detailed examination, at the same time they met the inclusion criteria. Samples will be collected according to the cases of postoperative clinical different drugs selected for lower extremity numbness pain into A, B, C three groups, the patients on The basis for the treatment of postoperative day 1+Buyanghuanwu soup fixed group A, the patients on The basis for the treatment of postoperative day 1 +mecobalamin fixed Group B, the patients on The basis for the treatment of postoperative day 1 fixed Group C, the total number of sample is 30 cases. Compared Group A and Group B,we found the patients had no significant difference effect after oralling Buyanghuanwu and mecobalamin on treating the numbness pain caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis of lumbar disc hemiation after operation within one month.3. Compared Group A and Group B,we found the patients had clear significant difference effect after broiling Buyanghuanwu and mecobalamin on treating the numbness pain caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis of lumbar disc hemiation after operation after one month. The effect of oralling Buyanghuanwu was significantly better than mecobalamin group.4. Compared A group (TCM group) with group B (mecobalamin group),we found there were no significant difference in short-term effect on treating the numbness pain caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis of lumbar disc hemiation after operation, A group was significantly higher than that of group B, it explained that Buyanghuanwu was better than mecobalamin during treatment.
