Clinical Observation Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Lumbar Traction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the treatment of LDH Lumbar disc herniation with the addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with lumbar traction.By observing the changes in pain,functional scores before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,it provides a certain theoretical basis and practical demonstration for the clinical treatment of LDH with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: From March 2018 to October 2019,patients with lumbar disc herniation in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.According to TCM diagnostics,"Wang","Wen","Qing" and "Qing" were collected to collect patient data for dialectical classification and screening Ninety patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were enrolled.According to the random number method,90 patients were divided into traction group 30 cases,Chinese medicine group 30 cases,Chinese medicine + traction group 30.The traction group only received lumbar traction treatment.The group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction by taking orally(this formula is made by Professor Wan Xiaoming on the basis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.)The Chinese medicine + traction group used Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with lumbar traction treatment.Three groups The treatment is 2 weeks for 1course of treatment.After the course of treatment,record the VAS score,JOA score,IDO score and TCM clinical efficacy of each group of patients after treatment,2weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment(at 4 weeks after treatment),Compared with before treatment.Compare the evaluation index changes and clinical treatment efficiency of the three groups of patients after corresponding treatment,and record the adverse reactions and treatment of patients during treatment.Data processing should be verified using SPSS25.0 software Standard a = 0.05,P <0.05 indicates statistical significance.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,JOA score,and IDO score of the three groups of patients all improved,and the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was significantly different.1.VAS score: There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score before treatment in each group(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference between the three groups at 4 weeks after treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine group and the traction group were lower than the traditional Chinese medicine + traction group.There is also a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the Chinese medicine + traction group is significantly better than the Chinesemedicine group and the traction group in terms of pain improvement.2.JOA score: There was no statistically significant difference in the JOA score of each group before treatment(P > 0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,the JOA score of the three groups was statistically different(P <0.05),and two of them There are also differences between the comparisons(P <0.05).It shows that the Chinese medicine +traction group has better effect on improving symptoms,signs and daily living ability.3.IDO score: The IDO score of each group before treatment was not statistically different(P > 0.05).The difference was statistically significant at 4 weeks after treatment(P <0.05),and the pairwise comparison was also statistically significant(P <0.05).It shows that the Chinese medicine + traction group is significantly better than the Chinese medicine group and the traction group in improving lumbar spine function and returning to social activities.4.Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: In the 30 cases of Chinese medicine + traction group,8 were cured,14 were markedly effective,6 were effective,and 2 were ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment was 93.33%.Among the30 cases in the Chinese medicine group,5 were cured,7 were markedly effective,12 were effective,and 6 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 80.00%;in the traction group,2 were cured,6 were markedly effective,10 were effective,and 12 were ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment is only 60.00%.There was a statistical difference in the total effective rate of treatment among the three groups of patients(P <0.05).Among them,the traditional Chinese medicine + traction group has the best effect.Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with lumbar traction has a significant effect on the treatment of LDH with qi stagnation and blood stasis.It can relieve pain,improve the range of motion of the lumbar spine,improve the ability of daily life(sitting,standing,walking),and actively promote the return of patients to social activities.No obvious complications and adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and the safety was high.It shows that the addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with lumbar traction is one of the effective treatment methods for the treatment of LDH with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.
