Objective:In this study, through the use of statistical software and a variety of statistical methods for analysis of prescription drugs to uric acid nephropathy treated by Professor Song Liqun and explore drug laws. In order to summarize the experience in clinical medicine of uric acid nephropathy and provide clear direction treatment.This study has important significance to inherit and carry forward academic experience.Methods:Collection of Medical records from September 2010 to September 2015,in the Department of nephropathy at the Heilong-jiang Chinese Medicine University of First Affiliated Hospital.And the patient had clearly been diagnosed with uric acid nephropathy treated by Professor Song Liqun. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,imported Medical records to meet the requirements of uric acid nephropathy in patients with 300 Medical records.Database software, SPSS18.0 statistical software, SAS statistical software and WPS Microsoft Excel software, using frequency analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis.Using the above method of analysis Analysis of prescriptions.By the above method to be able to summarize Professor Song Liqun treating uric acid nephropathy drug laws.Result:After the data can be drawn 156 kinds of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, the using the total frequency of 5191 times.More than 35 drugs are 39 kinds.The cumulative frequency of 84.25%.Atractylodes, Astragalus, Qin skin, silkworm sand, soil Fuling, loofah, eucommia, purslane, Apocynum leaves, rhubarb, gotu kola, cats should be grass, Gorgon, Ligustrum lucidum, raspberries, Rosa laevigata, dandelion, Citrus, castor seed, Sang cuttlebone, Plantago are treatment core drugs of uric acid nephropathy that treated by Professor Song Liqun.Involving a total of 19 categories of drug classes.Using a frequency greater than 10% of the drug has 3 categories.tonic,antipyretic, rheumatism medicine,and the frequency is 20.7%,18.55%,11.17%.The main drug potency to the main level of the remainder were warm, cold, cool, followed by the top three Smell sweet, bitter, astringent.Drugs go through several sequentially arranged using the taste, the top five are the liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, lung.Drug use by the frequency arrangement, the top five are the liver, spleen, stomach, kidney.The cluster analysis of commonly used drugs on the combination of 9, the commonly used drugs combined group of 6,factor analysis indicated 19 factors.Conclusion:1.
