Through Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Needle Head With Shaoyang Meridian In Treatment Of Chronic Migraine

Objective:This paper will through the needle through the scalp acupuncture combined with Shaoyang meridians therapy for chronic migraine clinical observation, which provides effective reference to clinical research.Methods:meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic migraine in 60 patients, patients are from in Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, the First Affiliated Hospital, clinic, patients according to treatment sequence number were randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases in each patients. Treatment group is the use of a needle through scalp acupuncture combined with Shaoyang meridian acupuncture, 40 minutes each treatment, patients in control group were treated with oral administration of flunarizine 5mg, two groups are once a day,7 days for a course of treatment, a total of two courses. According to the Chinese herbal medicine treatment of headache clinical research guiding principle "on the treatment of migraine criteria observed treatment were compared between the two groups before and after the onset of headache number, degree, duration, cerebral hemodynamics changes, detecting a treatment effect.Results:two of the 1 groups were observed before and after treatment VAS score, two groups have different degrees of improvement, after statistical analysis (P<0.05), two groups of treatment can significantly alleviate the headache. After treatment, the VAS scores were compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pressure2 after treatment, the mean blood flow velocity of the basilar artery was decreased in two groups after treatment, and the statistical analysis (P<0.05) showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3 to observe the two groups after treatment of chronic migraine with symptoms, by statistical analysis (<0.05 P), the treatment group showed that the treatment group significantly reduce the symptoms of chronic migraine.Conclusion:the clinical symptoms of 1, through the Shaoyang meridian acupoints with filiform needle head acupuncture can obviously improve chronic migraine.2, through the Shaoyang meridian acupoints with filiform needle head acupuncture can improve the cerebral basilar artery mean blood flow velocity.
