Cypermethrin(Cypermethrine, CP) is in agricultural production and daily pest control a pyrethroid insecticide commonly used, it has a good biological activity, environmental requirements on the use of low pesticide. In this paper, from the toxicokinetic point of view,to explore and clarify cypermethrin distribution, metabolism and excretion, and the variation of the concentration in the blood of experimental animals in the body, providing the basis for the clinical treatment of cypermethrin pyrethroid pesticide poisoning and other clinical and reference [32].By law toxicokinetic blood and tissue distribution of gas chromatography cypermethrin after intravenous injection of rat were studied experimentally, were used to detect kidney,heart, lung, liver, brain and organ tissue cypermethrin five intravenous 2mg / kg after establishing two-compartment model in vivo process. After cypermethrin into the body within 120 min of time, will be distributed to various organizations, at the concentration of0.1μg / ml in liver tissue, plasma concentrations of cypermethrin cypermethrin concentration of 0. 05-10μg / ml and organizations in 0.005-1.0μg within / ml range, cypermethrin peak height and peak height ratios between the internal standard and cypermethrin concentration showed a good linear relationship, the minimum detectable concentration in plasma is 0.05μg / ml, organizations 0.005μg / ml. Thus providing people with the right choice of safe dosage range provide the basis for the production and use of pesticides in β-CP substance, a reference significance particularly when using indoor pesticides.Through this study, not only to the toxic effects of cypermethrin on further deep understanding of content but also for the quantitative detection of cypermethrin provide some efficient detection methods, and to guide clinical cypermethrin poisoning patients providessome reference basis.
