Modified Er Xian Decoction Clinical Observation On The Use Of Aromatase Inhibitors In Breast Cancer Patients

Objective:Clinical observation the jiaweierxiant soup effect on menopausal symptoms caused by aromatase inhibitors endocrine therapy on breast cancer.To evaluate the role of TCM in endocrine therapy of breast cancer and advantages. Method:Choose80 cases of postoperative taking aromatase inhibitors endocrine therapy in patients with breast cancer, and type of traditional Chinese medicine for gan shen yin xu、chong ren shi tiao.Randomly divided into two groups: control group 35 cases, the treatment group 45 cases. The change of clinical symptoms and related indexes were observed before and after treatment and make statistical analysis.Results:In the treatment group of 45 cases, 3cases were cured, 25 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.9%. In the control group of 35 cases, 0 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 71.4%, compared with the control group, the two groups(P<0.05) treatment group was better than the control group. Clinical symptom analysis: after treatment, the patients in the two groups of two groups in the hectic fever,night sweats, paresthesia, depression or irritability, sexual apathy, insomnia, urinary tract infection, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, headache, insomnia, skin ants, feeling with a significant difference(P<0.O1) the overall effect of these symptoms both. To improve the situation of the treatment group were better in the control group. Analysis of clinical indicators: results before treatment, CA125, CEA and Ca alanine, aspartate differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05), after treatment of CA125, CEA and Ca alanine,aspartate differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05) that curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined hormone therapy can effectively alleviate the side effects of breast cancer,improve patients quality of life and can attenuated synergistic effect.
