The Clinical Research About Zishenshuganhuoxue Decoction To Prevent The Adverse Reaction On Using GnRH-a To Treat Ovarian Endometriosis After Surgery

Objective: Research about ovarian endometriosis patients after surgery use the druges of GnRH-a oral C hinese medicine zishenshuganhuoxue decoction to alleviate the symptoms of GnRH-a side effects, to explore the effective treatment with traditional Chinese medicine to prevent the symptoms of GnRH-a drugs side effects. Methods: To review the literature on the treatment which combined with traditional Chinese medical and Western medical about side effects of GnRH which be used to treat endometriosis after operation.Collected the patients that who had ovarian cyst of conservative surgical treatment postoperative pathology of ovarian endometriosis in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Hospital of traditional C hinese medicine in December from 2014 to 2015.In total collected 60 cases that divided into a group of 30 named group A(GnRH-a+ zishenshuganhuoxue decoction group);30 patients in group B(GnRH-a group). Patients of the two groups were observed the results and records. Results: During the treatment of patients Kupperman scores of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of compared two groups of patients with adverse reaction symptoms,especially in the hectic fever and sweating, irritability,insomnia, pain symptoms,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome score,before treatment P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;after treatment,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Compare the two groups after three months of CA125 value,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Less incidence of menopausal symptoms during the treatment, the patients in the two groups, occur rate of symptoms and side effects group A(GnRH-a+ zishenshuganhuoxue decoction group)were lower than group B(GnRH-a group),and group A(GnRH-a+zishenshuganhuoxue decoction group) in the relief of hot flushes, sweating, irritability,insomnia, pain symptoms were obviously better than that of group B.After treatment,the differences of traditional C hinese medicia syndrome score were statistically significant between the patients in the two groups.The scores of Group A(GnRH-a+ zishenshuganhuoxue decoction group)were lower than group B(GnRH-a group),deputy reaction symptoms improved significantly.The recurrence rate of two groups of patients were followed up during the monitoring of ovarian endometriosis recurrence cases. The recurrence rate of group A(GnRH-a+ zishenshuganhuoxue decoction group) were lower than group B(GnRH-a),P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Withdrawal after follow-up 3 months CA125 values found in group A(GnRH-a+ zishenshuganhuoxue decoction group) were lower than that of group B(GnRH-a group),and the difference were statistically significant,suggesting that zishenshuganhuoxue decoction on ovarian endometriosis recurrence had certain significance for prevention.
