Objective: 1. To study the expression of angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2) in serum of patients with atrial fibrillation and non atrial fibrillation in Xinjiang, and to explore its significance. 2. Regression Analysis on the risk factors of atrial fibrillation. Methods: 1. Choose December December 2014 to 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, meet the inclusion criteria of 131 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation(AF) as the experimental group, 163 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation(AF) as control group, using enzyme linked immune response(ELISA) inspection room fibrillation group and non real fibrillation groups in serum concentrations of ACE2 expression level. Collection of patients with atrial fibrillation group and non atrial fibrillation group, the general situation of heart color Doppler ultrasound results, biochemical indicators and other clinical data. SPSS21.0 software package was used to compare the clinical data of patients with atrial fibrillation group and non atrial fibrillation group and the serum concentration of ACE2. 2. single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis were performed to screen the risk factors and protective factors of atrial fibrillation. Results: 1. AF group and non real fibrillation group in gender, age, nationality, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), high density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol level differences with statistical significance(P < 0.05) and at the level of ACE2 differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05). 2.univariate analysis showed that gender, age, nationality, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, HDL and total cholesterol were significantly different(P<0.05). Will be included in the multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that there was significant difference in the age, the left atrial diameter and total cholesterol levels. Conclusion: 1.The age of onset and the size of the left atrial were significantly higher than those of the without atrial fibrillation group. And left ventricular ejection fraction, high density lipoprotein, HDL and cholesterol levels were significantly lower than those of non atrial fibrillation group. 2.The risk of atrial fibrillation in men is higher than that of women. 3.Age and left atrial diameter were the risk factors of atrial fibrillation, and total cholesterol was the protective factor of atrial fibrillation.
