The Curative Effect Of Surgical Treatment Of Talus Fracture Analysis

Objective:On 21 cases of talus fracture were treated by operation, according to the prognosis and the late follow-up to assess the recovery of patients, the curative effect of surgical treatment of talus fracture analysis.Methods:In our hospital from September2013 to 2015 December 21 patients take surgical treatment of talus fracture, postoperative follow-up, according to healing guide the patients to exercise. Complications after operation of evaluation and application AOFAS hindfoot score system of foot function rehabilitation were determined.Results:21 cases of patients with postoperative follow-up from 3 to 12 months), the occurrence of traumatic arthritis in 4 cases, no obvious ischemic necrosis of patients, all cases were bone healing, postoperative according to AOFAS scoring, excellent in 7 cases(33.33%), good in 10 cases(47.62%), in 3 cases(14.29%), 1 cases(4.76%). The overall excellent and good rate 80.95%. Conclusion:Fracture of talus although less common, but due to more postoperative complications,prognosis is not quite ideal, preoperative timely assessment and soft tissue injury,selecting suitable internal fixation method, to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, effectively improve the prognosis.
