Clinical Effect Analysis Of Treating Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis By Removing Bone And Removing Thorn Particles

Objective: By Tanaka Yasuku’s quantization table and VAS score analysing the bone removing spur granule in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy and advantage.Methods: 77 cases of 30-70 years old were treated by oral and clear bone and eliminating thorn particles, Nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(treatment group) and 37 cases of cervical pain granule group(control group) in 40 cases. By T Tanaka Yasuku’s quantization table and VAS score with statistical t test, chi square test and rank sum test contrast analysis of two groups in the improvement of rate, clinical efficacy, two drug treatment before and after quantization Tanaka Yasuku’s table, the integral change, to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the two drugs in the treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.Results:1. The general data of patients: two groups of patients from gender(P =0.486), age(P = 0.154), duration of time to compare(P = 0.590) through statistical software analysis, two groups of patients were obtained P > 0.05, there is no difference in general data of patients in the two groups, indicating that before the two groups of patients are comparable.2.VAS score for treatment group and control group, the clinical efficacy comparison: two groups of patients after treatment with two drugs, by statistical analysis were obtained(P < 0.05), indicating that the two drugs has obvious therapeutic efficacy; two groups of patients after treatment in improvement rate p=0.081>0.05 said the improvement of two groups of patients was no obvious.difference; but in patients, the treatment group markedly effective rate(0.4) and cure rate(0.175) was significantly higher than the control group.3.Tanaka Yasuku’s quantization table of the treatment group and the control group, the clinical score and efficacy judgment: two groups after drug treatment, by statistical analysis, P < 0.05, indicating the two drugs in Tanaka Yasuku’s score had significant clinical efficacy; the improvement rate, the two groups by statistical analysis,(P = 0.001) < 0.05, showing treatment group improved rate was stronger than that of the control group, and through statistical tests Tanaka Yasuku’s quantization table of each sub options, in the symptoms and complaints, signs, P <0.05, curative effect of the treatment group in the symptoms and complaints, signs have more advantages.Conclusion: the VAS score, two kinds of drugs for pain relief quite, but the treatment group in the cure rate and effective rate was higher in the control group, the quantization table statistics show the improvement rate, treatment group is more effective; and complaints and symptoms and signs of improvement in terms of Qing bone removing spur particle effect is better.
