Study Of Soft Tissue Tension Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Neck

Objective:Through the effective measurement and comparison of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type cervical soft tissue tension,and the change of soft tissue tension of the two intervention measures frequency treatment, acupuncture treatment, to characteristics of the nerve root type cervical spondylosis soft tissue tension analysis.Methods:1) Analysis system of four kinds of different elastic materials with soft tissue tension test,20 consecutive measurements, statistical analysis with the soft tissue tension displacement under different power take off (Dnkg) and the measurement of soft tissue uptake percentage of energy accounted for measuring work (S), the calculation of RSD value, the evaluation of soft tissue tension test and analysis system precision. 2)Selected according to inclusion of 20 patients and volunteers of 20 cases, sick group male 8 cases, female 12 cases, mean age 48.6+6.4 years, neck circumference of 38.1+3.0cm; the volunteer group male 9 cases, female 11 cases, mean age 44.7+11.3 years, neck circumference of 37.4+3.1cm; we measured the neck soft tissue tension, then and the contralateral side, ipsilateral and contralateral bilateral mean, volunteers and volunteers bilateral mean comparative analysis.3) Will meet the inclusion criteria of 40 cases hospitalized patients, randomly divided into intermediate frequency therapy group, acupuncture treatment group,20 cases in each, intermediate frequency remedial group male 7 cases, female 13 cases, mean age 47.45+7.94 years, neck circumference of 38.1 +2.9cm, the course of disease was 83+57.69 days; acupuncture remedial group male 9 cases, female 11 cases, mean age 51.55+5.54 years, neck circumference of 38+3.0cm, the course of disease was 57.05+71.04 days; intermediate frequency treatment group were treated with supine lateral traction, Chinese medicine fumigation combined with intermediate frequency physiotherapy, acupuncture group with supine lateral traction, the herb fumigation combined with ordinary acupuncture therapy. In the patients before and 2 weeks after treatment, respectively, of the soft tissue tension measurement, VAS score and the nerve root type cervical spondylosis symptoms function score, then the indexes and compare the curative effect analysis.Results:1. Soft tissue tension test analysis system D0.1kg-measurement DO.5kg and S variability showed variation degree, the small DO.4kg (RSD <5%), shows that the soft tissue tension test analysis system in force taking value is 0.4KG good precision.2. Prevalence group suffers from side with the volunteer group, bilateral group mean prevalence and the contralateral side of the FDD value has a significant difference (P< 0.01), the prevalence of group of healthy side and volunteer groups bilateral mean value of FDD, no significant difference (P> 0.05),description of the soft tissue tension and the disease has certain correlation.3. Intermediate frequency treatment group and the acupuncture treatment group, two group of VAS score, symptom, function score and the ipsilateral FDD value,1)Compared before and after treatment, there was significant difference (P< 0.01), shows two kinds of therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.2)Compared between the two groups, no significant difference (P> 0.05) show no significant difference between two kinds of therapy in improving the symptoms of pain degree of patients with functional score, and ipsilateral soft tissue tension.3) Clinical quantitative evaluation of curative effect, intermediate frequency total effective rate in treatment group was 95%, the acupuncture treatment group total effectiveness is 85%, the rank sum test comparison, no significant difference between the two groups of treatment for the disease, explain the effect of the two groups had no significant difference.4) After 2 weeks of treatment group after contralateral and ipsilateral compared to the FDD value, no significant difference intermediate frequency therapy group (P> 0.05), the acupuncture treatment group had significant difference (P< 0.01), described in the improvement of soft tissue tension, intermediate frequency therapy group is better than the acupuncture group.Conclusion:The soft tissue tension of nerve root type cervical spondylosis and the contralateral side and normal people of different. Ipsilateral neck soft tissue tension and VAS pain score and symptoms of nerve root type cervical spondylosis function score, along with the change of disease, soft tissue tension and the patient’s condition has certain correlation.
