Objective: To investigate the correlation between the early part of the ventricular origin and myocardial ischemia and the relationship between the two groups. Methods:Regression analysis in June 2011 to June 2015 has admitted in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital, and implement dynamic electrocardiogram(Holter) and coronary angiography(CAG) of the 50 cases of patients, strictly in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final selection of 800 patients as the research object, the research object according to the results of dynamic electrocardiogram, for case group(400 cases) and control group(40 cases), selected patients underwent coronary angiography.Compared two groups of patients with clinical data analysis, electrocardiography and coronary angiography(CAG) parameters, parallel ventricular premature contractions originating and location of myocardial ischemia correlation analysis. Results:1.Uygur case group and control group myocardial ischemia and ventricular premature beat relationship compared with statistical significance(P < 0.01), Chinese case group and control group myocardial ischemia and ventricular premature beat relationship is statistically significant(P < 0.01), according to the advantage of myocardial ischemia in premature beat occurred about.2. Group of site of origin of ventricular premature beats and myocardial ischemia in parts of the Uighur case was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3. The Chinese case group in other parts of the body and the right ventricular outflow tract ventricular premature beat of the origin of the site and the site of myocardial ischemia was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Left ventricular outflow tract ventricular premature site of origin and location of myocardial ischemia was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion: 1.
