The Clinical Curative Effcet Observation Of The Chronic Pharyngitis Treated By The Purple Scorpion Acupoint Sticking

Objective: The study is to observe the effect of purple scorpion acupoint sticking on treatment of the chronic pharyngitis and explore the clinical application of corresponding treatment and curative effect. Methods: Select 96 cases of chronic pharyngitis patients who accord with the inclusion criteria.96 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,and were observed after one course of treatment. the treatment group(48 cases) treated with purple scorpion acupoint sticking and Mei GanJie ice sheet therapy. the control groups(48 cases) treated with Oral Mei GanJie ice sheet.The changes of clinical symptoms,physical sign in all patients were observed before and after treatment and to recore adverse reactions. Result:1. Efficacy evaluation:Clinical 96 patients included final completion of 90 cases,and 6 cases of loss.The efficacy rate achieved in treating group was 83.72%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(51.06%).2. The two groups before and after treatment individual signs and symptoms integral comparisons: Comparison between the two groups before treatment, there was no significant difference(P>0.05); the two groups after 10 days and 20 days treatment in treating pharyngeal foreign body sensation, pharyngeal itching and pharyngeal mucosa comparison were significant differences(P<0.05), the treatment group in improving pharyngeal foreign body sensation, pharyngeal itching, pharyngeal mucosa is better than the control group. Conclusion: The Purple scorpion acupoint sticking therapy cooperate with oral GanJie ice plum piece treatment of chronic pharyngitis,which is better than that of GanJie ice plum piece treatment efficacy. The safe, effective and no obvious adverse reactions, worthy of further development of research and clinical use.
