| ObjectiveTo observe the improvement of blood pressure,quality of life and clinical symptoms of hypertension patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency by auricular point sticking and acupoint sticking technology;To analyze the clinical application value of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking.MethodsIn this study,a randomized controlled experiment was used to observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint sticking combined with acupoint sticking therapy and simple auricular acupoint sticking and conventional western medicine treatment.According to the effective rate of two samples based on the random data of medical statistics,the required sample size of 120 cases was calculated using the formula.The 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method:control group(n=40),treatment group 1(n=40),treatment group 2(n=40).The control group was treated with antihypertensive drugs,and the treatment group 1 was treated with ear point sticking therapy on the basis of the antihypertensive treatment based on the control group.Treatment 2 groups:on the basis of the control group,at the same time with auricular point sticking and acupoint sticking technology.After 14 days of 2 courses of treatment with the above intervention measures,the results of 24-hour ambulate blood pressure monitoring,TCM symptom scores and adverse event incidence of the enrolled patients were observed before and after treatment,and the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter the completion of the experiment,the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared:1.Dynamic blood pressure changes 24 hours before and after the test in three groups24 Hour Diastolic Blood Pressure(24HDBP),24 Hour Systolic Blood Pressure(24HSBP),Day time Diastolic Blood Pressure(DDBP),Day time Systolic Blood Pressure(DSBP),Night time Diastolic Blood Pressure(NDBP)and Night time Systolic Blood Pressure(NSBP)were significantly decreased in control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2(P<0.01).After treatment,the blood pressure data of the three groups were significantly different(P<0.01).The effective rates of the three groups were 15%,62.5%and 100%,respectively(x2=60.086,P<0.001),and pairwise comparative analysis had statistical differences(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the three groupsAfter treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between control group and treatment group 1(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between control group and treatment group 2,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2(P<0.01,95%CI:6.04-8.26).The effective rates of TCM syndroms in the three groups were 65%,87.5%and 100%,respectively,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(χ2=18.885,P<0.001).Pairwise comparison showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of TCM syndroms between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM syndroms in the treatment group 2 after treatment were lower than those in the treatment group 1.But the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).3.During the observation period,no adverse events or adverse reactions occurred in the 3 groups.ConclusionAuricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking treatment program,on the one hand can make the blood pressure of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hypertension patients get effective control;On the other hand,it can reduce its clinical symptoms.In addition,this treatment method is relatively simple and effective,and easy to be promoted clinically. |
