The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Potent Cough Syrup To Chronic Cough(Yin Deficiency Of Lung Heat Type)

Purpose This research focuses on the observation of potent cough syrup of chronic cough(yin deficiency of lung heat type) clinical improvement and for further application of such traditional Chinese medicine provides theoretical basis and clinical experience, in order to chronic cough patients brought the gospel.Method The patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group, each of which was 30 cases. The control group were treated with compound methoxyphenamine hydrochloride capsule(Zhejiang Chang xing Pharmaceutical Company Limted. is the production of a bottle containing 48 pills, approved by the state H20020393), three times a day, each time eating 2 pills, continuous take 2 weeks. Treatment group of regular use of Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules(taking method as above) and Potent cough syrup, syrup each time taking 40 ml, 3 times a day, 2 weeks of continuous medication. If the patient discomfort, visit at any time,to prevent side effects.Result Overall effect score comparision and after treatment, the control group healed 2 cases,5 cases were markedly improved, 15 had effective result,8 had no effects, the total effective rate was73.3%;treatment group cured 7 cases, 10 cases were markedly improved,9 had effective result,4had no effects, the total effective rate was 86.7%. The statistical analysis that two groups of efficiency has significant difference. We can conclude that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclution Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules combined with potent cough syrup and use Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules alone on chronic cough(yin deficiency of lung heat type) have effect. Compound methoxy capsule combined with potent cough syrup in treating chronic cough(yin deficiency of lung heat type)effect is much better than single western medicine Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules, drug combination can better improve the quality of life of patients. This cases of clinical observation in patients with no apparent discomfort, normal biochemical indicators. It is showed that the effect of potent cough syrup in clinical application is safe, can be further popularization and application.
