Objective: Observe the Tripterygium hypoglaucum join in the cool blood compound or not, affect Blood-Heat type of psoriasis vulgaris curative effect.Methods:Using randomized crossover controlled trial, 62 patients with Blood-Heat type of psoriasis vulgaris randomly assigned for group A and group B.A group of 32 cases, B group of 30 cases.The experiment divided into two stages,the first stage(The first four weeks), the A group of 32 cases were given Tripterygium hypoglaucum cool blood compound;the B group of 30 cases were given cool blood compound. After the washout period(1 week),the B group of 30 cases were given Tripterygium hypoglaucum cool blood compound;and the A group of 32 cases were given cool blood compound. Two groups in the treatment period and washout period,all use the hospital internal huangjinwanhong Ointment in external. subsequent visit once a week in the treatment period,and Fill in the Watch list.At the end of the first and second stages, respectively for curative effect judgment.Results:1.After the first stages, the group A(Tripterygium hypoglaucum cool blood compound) the total effective rate was 93.75%,while the Group B( cool blood compound) the total effective rate was 70.00%,Two group total effective rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Group A is better than that of group B.The second stages after treatment,the group A(cool blood compound) the total effective rate was 62.50%,while the Group B( Tripterygium hypoglaucum cool blood compound) the total effective rate was 90.00%,Two group total effective rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),Group B is better than that of group A.2.After the first stages, the group A(Tripterygium hypoglaucum cool blood compound) patients with mean PASI score was 10.92±4.83,while the Group B(cool blood compound) patients with mean PASI score was 14.05±6.23,PASI score in both groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), group A is better than that of group B.The second stagesafter treatment,the group A(cool blood compound)patients with mean PASI score was 6.51±2.91,while the Group B(Tripterygium hypoglaucum cool blood compound)patients with mean PASI score was4.36±1.89,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), group B is better than that of group A.3.Two stage after the treatment, A, B two groups of TCM clinical syndrome score were lower, after statistics analysis, the more similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.Two groups before and after the treatment of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets compared test results, there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).5.The first and second stage two groups of total curative effect comparison, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); Tripterygium hypoglaucum cold blood compound compared with cool blood compound total curative effect, difference have statistical meaning(P < 0.05), obviously improve the curative effect after compatibility of Tripterygium hypoglaucumConclusion:After the Tripterygium hypoglaucum join in the cool blood compound,curative effect has obviously improved with Blood-Heat type of psoriasis vulgaris,found no adverse reactions.
