Double Screw Fixation In Combination With Decoction For Restoration Herbert B2 Type Wrist Scaphoid Fracture Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Herbert B2-type scaphoid fracture through double screw technique internal fixation and joint early postoperative Decoction for Restoration.Methods:In present research choose from March 2014 to March 2016,36 patients with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. According to admission time sequence,were randomly divided into three groups,Group A(single screw fixation group):12 cases of single screw internal fixation;Group B(double screw fixation group):12 cases of double screw internal fixation;Group C(double screw+Decoction for Restoration):double screw fixation+12 case of Decoction for Restoration.For three groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative early clinical manifestations,features and radiological curative effect comparison.resultsrThe three groups of patients with general information,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative early complications and follow-up time had no statistical difference,the results are comparable.Three groups of patients with postoperative curative effect comparison,fracture healing time:group A>group B>group C,have significant statistical difference(p<0.05);After 4 months Cooney wrist joint function score:group C>group B>group A,have significant statistical difference(p<0.05);1,2,3,4 months after x-ray results:group A callus score respectively(0.82±0.19 points、2.36±0.23 points、3.15±0.28 points、3.25±0.29 points);group B callus score respectively(1.42±0.21 points、2.92±0.25 points、3.72±0.27 points、3.85±0.27 points);group C callus score respectively(1.45±0.23 points、3.11±0.26 points、3.81±0.28 points、3.95±0.29 points);postoperative callus score,group C>group B>group A,have significant statistical difference(p<0.05).Conclusion：double screw fixation in combination with Decoction for Restoration can promote Herbert B2-type wrist the fracture healing and to reduce the occurrence of bone nonunion.
