Clinical Analysis Of Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation In The Treatment Of Tumors Of Lymphoid And Haematopoietic System In 42 Cases

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy, comlications and safety of peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the treatment of tumors of lymphoid and haematopoietic system.Methods:A retrospective analysis from 2005 February to 2015 October in the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation center of The Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from patients with tumors of lymphoid and haematopoietic system who underwent PBSCT 42 case. The study include 26 cases of lymphoma,11 cases of leukemia,5 cases of multiple myeloma.Results:1、All patients achieved hematopoietic reconstitution, success rate was 100%.The median period to gain absolute neutrophil count to 0.5×10*9/L above was 9.0d, and that for platelet count to 20* 10*9/L above was 10.0d.2、In 42 patients,22 cases with infection,3 cases of liver damage. 1 case of aGVHD and 1 case of cGVHD of the lung in allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. No patients died from adverse reaction.3、The median follow-up time was 20.0 months. The 3-year PFS and OS of lymphoma group were 44% and 66%; The 3-year PFS and OS of leukemia group were 60% and 70%;The 3-year PFS and OS of multiple myeloma group were 30% and 68%。The recurrence rate of lymphoma group of CR group and no CR group were 10% and 62.5%; The 3-year PFS were 61% and 37%; The 3-year OS were 74% and 61%. The recurrence rate of Leukemia group with Auto-PBSCT was 45.5%,the 3-year PFS and OS were 33%and 67%, The recurrence rate of Leukemia group with Allo-PBSCT was 22.2%,the 3-year PFS and OS were 71% and 73%.Conclusions:1、peripheral blood stem cell transplantation has faster hematopoietic recurrence, lighter adverse reaction,lower motality rate.2、After transplantation, the survival of lymphoma,leukemia,multiple myeloma groups were improved, show peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is an effective method for treatment of tumors of lymphoid and haematopoietic system.3、For lymphoma, recurrence rate of CR group before transplantation was lower than that in no CR group,3 years of OS and PFS in CR group before transplantation was greater than the no CR group,indicated that the disease states before transplantation is the factor influencing survival after transplatation.4、In leukemia group, Allo-PBSCT group has a higher survival and low recurrence rate than Auto-PBSCT...
