Objective Fast track surgery aimed at accelerating the recovery of patients after surgery to reduce the stress caused by surgery, complication rates and shorter postoperative hospital stay. Its core content include perioperative education, standardization and early postoperative analgesic activity. We speed through the application of the conceptual design of rehabilitation surgery for breast cancer perioperative processes, and breast cancer with traditional perioperative processes comparison and analysis of two different perioperative treatment of patients with postoperative hospital stay, indwelling drainage tube Effect of the number of cases of the time, postoperative pain scores and postoperative nausea and vomitingMethods Through statistical analysis, the two groups of patients in clinical stage before the age, height, weight, operation time, anesthesia time, intraoperative, two surgical methods (P> 0.05), no statistically significant difference; the experimental group compared with the control group were hospitalization time, the drainage tube indwelling time was significantly shorter postoperative 6h,24h,48h pain scores, reduced probability of postoperative nausea and vomitingResults 1、Two groups of patients for age, height, weight, operation time, anesthesia time, preoperative clinical staging, different types of operation (table5-1),P> 0.05, no significant differences2、 Postoperative length of hospital stay:the experimental group was 2.3± 0.6 days, the conditional control group was 6.3±2.3 days,P<0.001, different types of operation:1、Mastecomy+ALND:the experimental group (4.3±0.6 days), conditional control group(6.3±2.7days), P<0.001; 2、Mastecomy+SLND: the experimental group (3.3±0.4 days), in the control group (6.5±1.7 days), P<0.001; 3、BCS+ALND:experiment group (2.5±0.5 days),the control group (6.3±1.7 days), P=0.003; 4、BCS+SLND:the experimental group (2.3±0.8 days) in the control group (6.1±2.1 days), P<0.001。3、The drainage tube removal time, the experimental group was 3.3±1.5 days, The conditional control group was 4.9±1.6 days, and P<0.001, different surgical methods:1, Mastecomy+ALND:the experimental group(4.3±1.6days), The conditional control group was (5.4±2.9 days), P=0.025; 2, Mastecomy+SLND:the experimental group (2.6±1.3 days) the control group (4.4±2.0 days), P= 0.001; 3, BCS+ALND:experiment group (3.3±1.3 days) in the control group (4.9±0.9 days) P= 0.013; 4、BCS+SLND:the experimental group (2.5±0.7 days) in the control group (4.1±0.9 days), P<0.001.4、Postoperative pain score:6 h:experimental group with 0 and 1 (64.6%), while the control group only 40.8% 0 and 1, compared the two groups have statistically significant difference (p=0.004).Postoperative pain score 24 h: experimental group with 0 and 1 (44.5%), while the control group only 22.3% 0 and 1, compared the two groups have statistically significant difference (p= 0.006).48 h postoperative pain score:experimental group with 0 and 1 (56.6%), while the control group only 37.9% 0 and 1, compared the two groups have statistically significant difference (p=0.036).5、The cases of postoperative nausea and vomiting:the experimental group, 99 cases,1 case incidence rate:1.01%; control group,103 cases occurred in 9 patients, incidence rate:8.73%, between two groupsP= 0.019Conlusion This study illustrates the fast track surgery used in the perioperative period of breast cancer, reducing the stress response of patients after surgery, patients accelerate recovery of the body, which can significantly reduce postoperative hospital stay of the patient and the drainage tube removal time and alleviate surgery after the pain scores and reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting。...
