Clinical Observation In Cold-wetness Stype Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated By Warm Needle Therapy Combined With Transdermal Drug

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy and the effect of blood prostaglandin E2 in the treatment of cold-wetness stype of lumbar disc herniation by warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug of zhengqingfengtongning.Methods According to the research criterias,we selected 96 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients from the acupuncture and moxibustion department in the second people’s hospital affiliated to Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine during the period of 2014 February to 2015 January and averagely distributed them to three groups through the table of random numbers,every group was 32 cases.Warm needle therapy group taked Jiaji(bilateral),Dachangshu(bilateral),Weizhong(side) and Yaoyangguan,meanwhile cauterized Yaoyangguan a cone,taked needles after 30 minutes.Transdermal drug group put electrode plates with zhengqingfengtongning injection symmetrically on both sides of the bad vertebral body and the treatment time was 20 minutes. Warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug group taked warm needle and transdermal drug of zhengqingfengtongning injection,the operations were the same to above.All the groups were once a day,10 times for a course of treatment,a course totally.Observed and recorded scores of every items of JOA low back pain rating scale,total scores and the content of blood prostaglandin E2 before and after the treatment,then assessed the clinical curative effect based on the scores.All date were analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results 1.After the treatment,compared with warm needle and transdermal drug group,warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug group scored most at subjective symptoms,clinical signs,limited daily activities and JOA low back pain(P<0.05).Compared with transdermal drug group,warm needle therapy group scored more(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,compared with warm needle and transdermal drug group,warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug group reduced most in the content of blood prostaglandin E2(P<0.05).Compared with transdermal drug group,warm needle therapy group reduced more(P<0.05).3.Warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug group’s total effective rate was 93.5%,better than warm needle therapy group of 80.0% or transdermal drug group of 64.5%(P<0.05).The curative effect of warm needle group was better than transdermal drug group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Three methods could effectively treat cold-wetness stype of lumbar disc herniation,warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug of zhengqingfengtongning injection could improve the clinical curative effect further.2.The treatment advantages of warm needle therapy combined with transdermal drug of zhengqingfengtongning injection might be implemented by reducing the content of blood PGE2 further.
