| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling moxibustion combined with acupoint injection to treat cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and to provide a more effective,safe and easy treatment method for this disease.Methods: Sixty patients with cold-damp LDH who met the standard were included in the study.Using a random number table,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with warm needle moxibustion combined with acupoint injection.The drugs were vitamin B1 and vitamin B12,and Shenshu,Jiaji and Ashi points were selected for compatibility treatment.The control group took celecoxib capsules,and both groups were treated for 4courses(28 days);The visual analogue scale(VAS),low back pain score(JOA)and lumbar spine dysfunction index(ODI)of the patients before treatment,after 1 course of treatment,and after the end of the total course of treatment were recorded in detail,and SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to compare the above scores,To analyze the difference between the two groups before and after treatment and the difference between the two groups.Results: 1.The gender,age,duration of the disease and the VAS,ODI,JOA scores before treatment of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups of patients were comparable.2.VAS score scale comparison: compare the VAS scores before and after treatment in the two groups respectively.After treatment,the scores are all decreased,and the scores are statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group have both Improve the effect of cold and damp LDH pain symptoms.Comparing the VAS scores of the two groups after 1 course of treatment and the end of the total course of treatment,the scores of the treatment group decreased more and were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that under the same treatment time,warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoints Injection therapy has advantages in reducing the pain caused by cold-damp LDH,and its curative effect is better than oral celecoxib capsules.3.Comparison of JOA score scale: The JOA scores were compared within the group.After treatment within the group,the JOA scores increased and were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups have improved cold-dampness The effect of LDH symptoms.Comparing the JOA scores of the two groups after 1 course of treatment and the end of the total course of treatment,it was found that the scores of the treatment group increased more,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that warm needle moxibustion combined with acupoint injection therapy is better than oral With celecoxib therapy,patients in the treatment group improved better in their symptoms,related clinical examinations,and daily life.4.Comparison of ODI score scale: After treatment,the ODI scores of the two groups decreased,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both therapies have an effect.Comparing the ODI scores of the two groups after 1 course of treatment and the end of the total course of treatment,it was found that the treatment group had a greater reduction in scores,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy.It has advantages in improving self-care ability,social activity ability and the degree of restricted ability of daily living.5.Regarding the comparison of the efficacy of the two groups after treatment: 8 cases were cured in the treatment group,15 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 90.0%,and the healing rate was 76.67%;the control group was cured 3 cases and markedly effective10 cases.Cases,13 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 86.7%,and the cure rate was 43.33%.After statistical testing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment group had better curative effect.In the distribution of the number of people and the rate of recovery at each level of cured,markedly effective,effective,and ineffective,it can be seen that the treatment group has a greater improvement in the symptoms of cold-damp LDH.Conclusions: 1.The curative effect of warm needle moxibustion combined with acupoint injection is significantly better than oral celecoxib.2.Warming needle moxibustion combined with acupoint injection can greatly improve the symptoms of cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,especially for pain and dysfunction caused by pain.It shows that warm needling and acupoint injection are synergistic and enhance the effect It is an effective method to treat cold-damp lumbar disc herniation. |
