Clinical Study Of Qizhuwenzhongtang In The Treatment Of The Deficiency Cold In Spleen And Stomach Type Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis

1.Objective To Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of qizhuwenzhongtang in the treatment of the deficiency cold in spleen and stomach type of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,then make an objective evaluationand and investigate the possible mechanism.2.Method Sixty patients matched with the inclution criteria were randomly divided into two groups:an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by qizhuwenzhongtang;The control groupe was treated by fuzilizhongwan.Observed and recorded before and after treatment symptoms improve,gastroscopic presentation and the total effective rate.3.Results Clinical effect evaluation:After the treatment, the observation group and the control group of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral has improved, and the observation group was better than the control group,the observation group’s total effective rate was 96.7%,the control group’s total effective rate was 70.0%,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Gastroscope effect evaluation:The observation group of gastroscope and pathology to improve the total effective rate was 83.3%,thecontrol group total effective rate was 53.3%, total effective rate in observation group was better than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).H.pylori eradication effect evaluation:The observation group with H.pylori was 21 cases,2 cases after treatment, the total eradication rate was 90.5%; Control group with H.pylori was 19 cases,7 cases after treatment, the total eradication rate was 63.2%.H.pylori eradication rate in observation group was better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up observations:Follow-up of 4 weekend curative effect of traditional chinese medicine symptoms and signs the observation group total effective rate was 93.3%,the control group was 56.7%, the difference of two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with follow-up of 4 weekend, no statistically significant difference were observed in the comparison of control groups(P>0.05),rimindered curative effect is stable.4. Conclusion 4.1 Clinical efficacy of qizhuwenzhongtang in the treatment of the deficiency cold in spleen and stomach type of chronic non-atrophic gastritis is definited; 4.2 qizhuwenzhongtang can improve the situation of symptom,and the observation group outcome is better than the control group; 4.3 qizhuwenzhongtang can improve the situation of chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa under gastroscope,and the observation group outcome is better than the control group; 4.4 qizhuwenzhongtang can improve the situation of improving H.pylori eradication rate,and the observation group outcome is better than the control group; 4.5 The furthur clinical curative effect of qizhuwenzhongtang is stable,is better than that of control group.
