Purpose:Through clinical research to observe the clinical curative effect of Weiningfang herbal medicine to acupoints application on acupoints to patients with Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach weak and cold).Material and method:The 120 eligible Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach weak and cold) were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were given treatment on a regular basis,and The observation group are treated with Weiningfang herbal medicine to acupoints, One period of treatment is 12 days. Observe and record the changes of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment.Results:After statistics analysis, two groups of patients with its respective symptom integral comparison before and after the treatment, using T test method, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment of patients with two groups of methods are effective. Single symptom integral comparison after treatment in both groups, such as the abdominal distention, stomach ache, belching and hiccups, loose stools, stomach cold, afraid of the cold symptoms integral by T test analysis and comparison, P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant, that observation group added with Weiningfang herbal medicine to acupoints in improving the diagnosis in patients with the abdominal distention, stomach ache, belching and hiccups, loose stools, stomach cold symptom curative effect was better than control group; two groups of patients after treatment the symptoms of loss of appetite and pantothenic acid integral comparison, P > 0.05, no significant difference, that two groups of treatment to improve the symptoms of pantothenic acid, loss of appetite obvious difference. 6 days of treatment, control group clinically cured 0 case, effective in 8 cases, effective 33 cases, ineffective in 19 cases, total effective rate of 68.3 %, the treatment group, 0 case were cured, effective in 18 cases, effective 30 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 80%. 12 days of treatment, control group clinically cured 3 cases, effective in 13 cases, effective 38 cases, ineffective in 6 cases, total effective rate of 90. 00%, the treatment group, 8 cases were cured, effective in 22 cases, effective 28 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 96.70%, according to the results showed that the curative effect of treatment of 12 days is superior to the curative effect of treatment in 6 days, two groups of patients the treatment methods are effective, and longer duration of treatment the treatment effect is more obvious.Conclusion:Weiningfang herbal application on acupoints can eliminate the patients ’clinical symptoms effectively that patients with Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach weak and cold), improve the clinical curative effect.
