Not only to patients living in problems caused by the impact and quality of life, and thus reduces hagus formed. work productivity, consumption of diagnosis and treatment of medical resources is also very impressive.Purpose:This study was designed to observe treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease sputum gas cross-resistance syndrome with DaizheXuanfu scientific Chinese medicine powder clinical efficacy in Taiwan, and compare the effect of acupuncture therapy and drug treatment.Methods:Collect sixty cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease sputum gas cross-resistance syndrome from Taiwan guo-lie traditional Chinese medicine clinic’s patient, all the patients accord with gastroesophageal reflux disease clinical diagnosis. According to randomization principle divided patients into observation group and control group, thirty cases of each group. Observation group used DaizheXuanfu scientific Chinese medicine powder, three times a day, each time a packet, referral once a week; control group used acupuncture treatment, selecting points Zusanli(ST36)、Zhongwan(RN12)、 Neiguan(PC6)、Liangmen(ST21)、Tianshu(ST25)、Sishencong(EX-HN1)、 Shenting(DU24),two times a week,thirty minutes of each time,eight weeks are a treatment.Fill in the form before the treatment and treatment for 8 weeks. statistical analysis methods:Used SPSS19.0 software comparative analysis of all data. Use χ2 inspection and analysis count data. Use t inspection and analysis measurement data. Use Ridit inspection and analysis equivalent data.Results:Collect sixty cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease sputum gas cross-resistance syndrome from Taiwan guo-lie traditional Chinese medicine clinic’s patient, divided into observation group and control group,thirty cases of each group.The gender、age、illness difference between two group not statistically significant(P>0.05), express observation group and control group with comparable.GerdQ gauge and TCM symptom score’s total points of observation group and control group display total points after treatment is lower than total points before treatment of both group, difference are statistically significant. Use Independent samples t-test to analysis total points after treatment of observation group and control group, P<0.05, statistically significant.Analysis main symptoms and secondary symptoms of total points before treatment and total points after treatment of TCM symptom score. Observation group have 4 project statistically significant, control group have 6 project statistically significant.Conelusion:GerdQ gauge and TCM symptom score’s total points show all symptoms were improved of observation group and control group, and the observation group was better than the control group. Express the DaizheXuanfu scientific Chinese medicine powder to treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease are batter than acupuncture treatmen.Observation group to improve the individual symptoms effect is more prominent,have symptoms which targeted; Control group with extensive, generally reducing the symptoms, but single utility weaker.
