| ObjectiveMobile health services of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a new service based on the development of mobile medical service, It is a combination of the mobile Internet era of big data and cloud computing and cloud services such as information technology, and so on, Mobile health services of TCM is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine health service personalization, treatments, and cure not ill, clinical curative effect, etc. it is via mobile devices provide service for users or patients. Because of its uniqueness, flexibility and convenience, it is widely used in the field of health care. Presents the explosive growth trend in recent years, more and more attention among academics。Theref ore, allows users to adopt mobile health services of traditional Chinese medicine, and the influence factors of study they adopt intention is worth studying.MethodsIn this paper, based on the technology adoption model(TAM)and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), according to the characteristics of the mobile health services of traditional Chinese medicine for the service to potential users, age, occupation, residence and use the experience as control variables, summarizes the mobile of traditional Chinese medicine health service users’willingness to adopt the concept of influence factor model.ResultsThis paper uses empirical research methods, through a questionnaire survey to collect data, the questionnaire survey of the communist party of China to issue 300 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 276 copies. This research mainly uses SPSS17.0 statistical software, the data is descriptive statistics analysis, reliability test, validity test and regression analysis, verified the six factors (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, perceived cost and perceived risk, and resist change) for mobile users’willingness to adopt traditional Chinese medicine health services and the impact of adoption behavior.ConclusionThe results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence positive influence user adoption intention of mobile health services of traditional Chinese medicine; Perceived risk and resist change, have the effect of negative influence. Professional and positive impact on the user experience using the two control variables for mobile adoption intention and behavior of traditional Chinese medicine health services, age and residence has no effect on it; Adopt intend to positive impact on the user for mobile adoption behavior of traditional Chinese medicine health services; Perceived risk, resisting change positive impact on the user mobile health of perceived ease of use in traditional Chinese medicine. Among them, the young people in the use of information technology skills generally higher than that of the elderly, but the young and the elderly, are interested in traditional Chinese medicine health service.Finally, in view of the research conclusion of this research to move the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine health service provider, some Suggestions and enlightenment, for the development of mobile health services of traditional Chinese medicine as well as earnings from service provider provides the theoretical guidance. |
