The Empirical Research On Professor You Songxin’ S Prescriptions And Drugs Of Treating HBV-related Chronic Liver Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:To analysis and conclude the clinical experience and academic idea of Professor You Songxin on treating HBV-related chronic liver disease by mining dates in cases of this field.Methods:First,collected the medical record about HBV-related chronic liver disease diagnosised by Professor You Songxin and finally picked out 423 cases from November 1996 to September 2009. Second,established the medical records database by SQL-Server2008,which was according to trict inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Third,analyzed the correlation in syndrome differentiation,therapy,prescriptions and drugs by the methods of frequency distribution and association rules,then summary the experiences of Professor You Songxin on treating HBV-related chronic liver disease.Results:423 HBV-related chronic liver disease patients,293 are males and 130 are females. It happened mainly in middle aged men, which the incidence of the largest number of age is ranged from 31 to 60.HBV-related chronic liver disease’s main pattern of syndromes are stagnation of damp-heat,deficiency of liver and kidney,deficiency of liver-yin,blocked liver collaterals,phlegm-heat of gallbladder harassing the inner body.The main therapeutic methods that Professor You used are Clearing away heat and dampness, Clearing gallbladder dampness,Cooling blood to stop bleeding,The most commonly used prescriptions are Landoufengchu Soup,Haoqinqingdan Soup,Siwuzeiguyiluru Pill,Erjin Soup,Xiaoyao Powder,Semen ziziphi spinosae Soup,Pingwei Powder.Guipi Soup,Zishuiqinggan Soup,Xiaofeng Powder, Lingjiao gouteng Soup.The most commonly used drugs are Capillary artemisia,Poria cocos,prepared licorice,Alisma, Raw malt, Selfheal,Spora lygodii, Baikal Skullcap,dried tangerine or orange peel,Bamboo Shavings.ConcIusions:①Professor You Songxin believes that HBVrelated chronic liver disease belongs to Fu Shu (Disease due to Latent Summer-heat) and treats it a ccording to Wei Qi Ying Xue theory.②Professor You often use Haoqinqingdan Soup to cure aurigo and hypochondriac pain and he use Landoufengchu Soup to cure meteorism,abdominal mass and blood troubles. ③The most commonly used drug is Capillary artemisia.The most commonly used heat clearing drugs are Selfheal,Radix Scutellariae, Paeonol and stir-baked Fructus Gardeniae.The most commonly used damp excreting drugs are Poria cocos,Alisma,Sea Sands, Black bean,Eupatorium,Fructus Liquidambaris,Polyporus umbellatus,Semen plantaginis,Coix Seed.The most commonly used eliminating phlegm drugs are dried orange peel,bambusae caulis im taeniam,Pinellia ternata.The most common ly used Qi Regulating drugs are Radix Curcumae,Fructus Aurantii,Pericarpium Arecae,Magnolia.
