The Research On The Cases Of Professor ShanZhaowei Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Low Intraepithelial Neoplasia Based On Data Mining

Objective:To summarize the national old TCM Prof. Shan Zhao-wei’s academic idea and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating chronic atrophic gastritis low intraepithelial neoplasia,in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis low intraepithelial neoplasia on the basis of his clinic practice for dozens of years and modern data mining technology.Method:All the clinical cases of chronic atrophic gastritis low intraepithelial neoplasia which were diagnosed and treated by Prof. Shan Zhao-wei during May 2013 to Dec 2015 have been recorded into Medcase V3.2 database. According to include and exclude criteria,153 cases(755 clinical times) were picked up and to establish medical record database,the use of frequencymethod,logistic regression analysis and association rules focus on mining law between the medical record symptoms,pathogenesis, herbs,combined with the Professor Shan Zhaowei’s clinical experience of mining results analyzed,summarized,summary.Results:All of zhe 755 clinical times,90 patients were male within 480 clinical times and 63 patients were female within 275 clinical times.The average age was 51.86 years old. According to frequency analysis results,main symptoms frequency appear higher with pain,fullness,pain,in which of respectively 38.94%,30.86%,27.02%.Accompanied symptoms frequency appear higher with thirsty, insomnia, diarrhea, belching, acid regurgitation, bitter taste, heartburn, anorexia, constipation, feebleness,in which of respectively 60.26%,39.8%,38.81%,37.48%,35.51%,26.36%,17.88%,17.75%,11.79%,10.33%.Path ogenesis mainly involving:spleen qi deficiency,damp heat resistance,stomach yin Kuixu,blood stasis,in which of respectively 88.61%,45.43%,32.72%,13.64%.A wide range of drugs were used in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis low intraepithelial neoplasia in a total of 183 species. The top seven most frequently the herbs Agrimony, Atractylodes, snake tongue grass, Taizishen, Breit, Ophiopogon, Yiyiren,in which of respectively 96.82%,93.91%,93.91%,88.74%,69.80%,59.74%,55.50%.Conclusion:According the study,spleen qi deficiency is the basic pathogenesis, with damp heat and blood stasis, yin deficiency. Basic treatment:Supplementing qi,nourishing yin, clearing heat and activating blood. Medication to qi drugs, antipyretic, yin drugs, phlegm-reducing drugs,hemostatic and blood circulation drugs based. Prof. Shan Zhao-wei’s drug characteristics in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis low intraepithelial neoplasia:using more light and milder drugs in property that embodies the feature of Menghe medical school,tonifying without causing stagnation, combining hardness with softness,selecting drugs by disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation neatly, using pair Medication especially.
