Clinical Curative Effects And Serum Interleukin-6、Cell Adhesion Molecules-1 On Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Combined With Laparoscopy Of Patients With Oviduct Inflammatory Infertility

Purpose:.Our purpose is to observe the indicators of serum IL-6 and ICAM-1, which through treatment of pure laparoscopic and laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine。Moreover, we contrast TCM syndromes and signs, pregnancy rates and degrees of fallopian tube patency before and after treatment。Ultimately we explore the clinical curative effect about tubal infertility patients using TCM combined laparoscopic treatment。Methods:We collecting 40 patients with tubal infertility which up to the standard of diagnosis。Pure laparoscopic surgery group (control group) and TCM combined with laparoscopic group (treatment group) are randomly divide into 20 cases each。We routinely assess the efficacy and safety indicators before and after treatment。In the end, we contrast levels of serum IL-6 and ICAM-1, the improvement of syndrome and signs, degrees of fallopian tube patency and pregnancy rate before and after treatment。Results:①There are clear differences about efficacy indicators between pretherapy and posttreatment (P<0.05)。②The rate of intrauterine pregnancy about treatment group is 65.0%, and none of ectopic pregnancy in the treatment group; The rate of intrauterine pregnancy about control group is 25.0%, and there is one case of ectopic pregnancy in the control group (P<0.05)。③About degrees of fallopian, the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05)。④The total effective rate of local signs is 90.0% in the treatment group, and the total effective rate of local signs is 75.0% in the control group。Two groups all have good curative effect about total effective rate of local signs, but the treatment group is better(P<0.05) (P<0.05)。⑤The total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 90.0% in the treatment group, and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 70.0% in the control group。Two groups all have good curative effect about total effective rate of TCM syndrome, but the treatment group is better (P<0.05)。⑥In the two groups, serum levels of IL-6 and ICAM-1 are decreased to different degrees after treatment (P<0.05), and the levels in treatment group are more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined laparoscopic surgery is an effective method for treatment of oviduct inflammatory infertility。This treatment can reduce inflammatory infertility patients’ serum IL-6、ICAM-1 level and regulate the levels of inflammatory cytokines and excessive immune response caused by the body。But from the outside, this means also can greatly improve the syndromes and signs of patients。Perfecting pelvic pathology, resuming the function of fallopian tube and increasing pregnancy rate is the other advantages.
