| Objective:The purpose of this study focused on in the treatment of warm acupuncture, Herbal medicine Tao hong si wu tang and tubal patent test cure Qi stagnation and blood stasis Oviduct Inflammatory Infertility, to observe the change about the clinical efficacy of pregnancy rate, tubal patency rate, clinical symptoms of TCM, Clinical signs and VAS score after tubal patent test and evaluate its clinical feasibility, effectiveness and safety.Mothod:60 patients who suffered Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of oviduct inflamatory infertility joined the research. Those patients were divided into two groups casually with 30 patients each group. The control group was treated with herbal medicine Tao hong si wu tang and tubal liquid instillations. The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture besides Herbal medicine Tao hong si wu tang and tubal patent test.With treatment of 6 menstrual cycles, the end of treatment, clinical symptoms of TCM,Syndrome of TCM, Clinical signs and VAS score were evaluated, and 6 months after pregnancy rate, fallopian tube patency and Clinical signs were evaluated.Result:1. The comparison of two groups of clinical efficacyAfter six months’ treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups was statistically analyzed that both methods are effective. Total effective rate at treat group was 96.67%, and 80.00% at control group, and the good improvement rate at treat group was 66.67%, and 40.00% at control group. The total effective rate and the good improvement rate was higher than in control group, which was significant in statistics(P < 0.05).2. The comparison of pregnancy of two groups of patientsAfter six months’ treatment, the pregnancy rate was 50.00% at treatment group,and 26.67% at control group, The pregnancy rate was higher than in control group,which was significant(P < 0.05).3. The comparison of clinical symptoms of TCM before treatment and after the treatmentAfter the treatments, two groups of the TCM syndrome score were decreased, and were significantly different(P<0.01). The treatment group of clinical TCM symptom score was obviously lower than that of control group, which was significant in statistics(P < 0.01).4. Comparison of two groups of patients’ TCM syndromes clinical before treatment and the end of the treatmentBefore and after the treatment ended primary symptom of TCM treatment on average integral comparison: abdominal pain or stabbing pain points in the two groups, the treatment group after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased, with significant difference(P<0.01), but the control group there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05); Compared between groups, the treatment group decreased more than the control group(P<0.01).At the treatment in the two groups after treatment of chest side breast tenderness points decreased compared with before treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.01), while the treatment group decreased more significantly, more significant difference between groups(P<0.05).5. The comparison of integration of local sign score before treatment,after treatment,and after treatment 6 months in both groupsAfter the treatments about the local symptoms, both groups were decline in some degree, and were significantly differentthe. The treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01). The statistical analysis of difference was significant statistically. After the 6-month trial period of treatments about the local symptoms,The treatment group was decline, which was significant(P<0.05). There was no difference in control group. The treatment group was lower than the control group,which was significant in statistics(P<0.01).6. Two groups of patients after the end of the fallopian tube fluid treatment and 40 minutes after the end of treatment VAS score comparisonVAS scores of both groups were decreased after tubal commune liquid with 40 minutes. Two groups have significant difference(P<0.01); Compared two groups, the treatment group decreased range was bigger than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture, Herbal medicine Tao hong si wu tang and tubal patent test to cure Qi stagnation and blood stasis Oviduct Inflammatory Infertility, pregnancy rate and tubal patency rate were higher than the treatment with Herbal medicine Tao hong si wu tang and tubal patent test, it can reduce clinical symptoms of TCM, Clinical signs and VAS score after tubal patent test, and Warm acupuncture have the function of postoperative analgesia. |
