Purpose:Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a frequently-occurring urologic diseases in urology. It is difficult to treating recurrent Urinary tract infection (RUTI), especially for elderly female. This randomized controlled clinical research selected recurrent lower urinary tract infection of patients as study object, by focusing on the main clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of patients with before and after treating. Discussing the clinical efficacy on traditional Chinese medicine with syndrome differentiation and treatment for recurrent Lower urinary tract infection, and elucidating the method of Fuzhengqingrelishi in the improving of clinical symptoms and personal immunity, Increasing the clinical cure rate, cutting down recurrence rate, enhancing the quality of life etc with significant therapeutic effects.Method:The study select 50 elderly females of recurrent lower urinary tract infection of Spleen-kidney yang deficiency and damp-heat of bladder syndrome in the outpatient, who met the inclusion criteria, and randomly divided into two groups, in which the treatment group 25 cases, the control group 25 cases. The treatment group take the Chinese medicine of additional bazheng powder and Chinese patent medicine of Qingrelishi. The other group take the Chinese patent medicine of Qingrelishi. The course of treatment is 8 weeks to 12 weeks. After the end of treatment were analyzed and summarized, according to the main clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes, of changes in the comparative study before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions evaluated.Result:(1)After treatment, the comparison of combined actions in two groups:the efficiency of treatment group is 96%. Compared to the control group, there is statistical significance in the difference between two groups.(p<0.05).The comparison of recurrence rate in two groups:the recurrence rate of the treatment group is lower than the control group. The difference has the statistical significance. P<0.05.(2) The comparison of urine routine and sediments in two groups after the treatment:the treatment group is significantly higher recovery rate, the difference was statistically significant. P<0.05.(3) The comparison of CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 in two groups before and after the treatment: The CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the treatment group is higher than before, the difference has the statistical significance. P<0.01.the change of CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the control group has no statistical difference between before and after treatment. P>0.05.The decrease of CD8 of two group before and after treatment according the statistical analysis, the effect of two groups do not have great difference. p>0.05.(4)The treatment group after treatment, scores of TCM syndromes according the statistical analysis is significantly decreased. P<0.01. The control group after treatment, scores of TCM syndromes according the statistical analysis also has the significative decrease. P<0.01.However, compared with the decrease of scores of TCM syndromes between treatment group and the control group, the effect of treatment group is higher than the other, the difference was statistically significant. P<0.05.(5)Both of the treatment and control groups, the blood routine, liver function, kidney function and ECG are not found abnormalities.Conclusion:(1) The therapeutic effects of Fuzhengqingrelishi methods for treating recurrent lower urinary tract infection are definite.(2) Fuzhengqingrelishi methods can significantly improving of clinical symptoms and personal immunity, Increasing the clinical cure rate, reducing recurrence rate, Improving the quality of life.(3) Instead of the broad-spectrum antibiotics, the Chinese patent medicine of Qingrelishi which treat recurrent lower urinary tract infections also have significantly therapeutic effects.(4) Fuzhengqingrelishi methods have strong safety and non-toxic side effects...
