Objective:To analyze prognostic factors of intrahepatic cholangiocarcin-oma (ICC).Methods:Aretrospective analysis of clinical data of 101 patients with ICCs confirmed by pathology from June 2012 to June 2015 in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, univariate survival analysis were performed by the Kaplan-Meier survival curves, only factors found to be significant on univariate analysis (P<0.05) were included in the Cox regression model and performed multivariate analysis. And univariate survival analysis were performed to the pathological indexes of 51 ICC patients who underwent curative resection. Results:Median survival time of 101 ICCs was 11 months, and median progression-free survival was 6 months. Univariate analysis were performed on 17 factors which were likely affected the survival prognosis, the results showed that tumor stage, ECOG score, presence of metastases at diagnosis, preoperative serum CA125 levels, treatment, tumor size and number were of prognostic factors (P<0.05). Cox multivariate analysis of previous factors showed that tumor stage, ECOG score and treatment were the three independent prognostic factors for ICC patients. Univariate survival analysis of the pathological indexes of 51 ICC patients who underwent curative resection showed that lymph node involvement was prognostic factor (P<0.01), and the median survival time was 12months vs 24 months. Conclusions:Tumor stage, ECOG score, presence of metastases at diagnosis, preoperative serum CA125 levels, treatment, tumor size, tumor number and lymph node involvement were prognosis factors of ICC patients.
