| Object This study was conducted to analyze the relevant research literatures on the development care nursing model for premature infants at home and abroad in order to understand the current situation of the development care nursing model of pretenn infants, the methods of implementing nursing measures,the effect and problems of the implementation of nursing care. In this study, by comparing the domestic and foreign similar researches, summarized the experience to find out the best nursing measures for premature infants,to enrich the knowledge of nursing care system and provide theoretical basis for pediatric clinical nursing.Method ScienceDirect,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang and Vip database were searched for relevant studies up to December 31th,2015.By downloading,reading,recording and sorting methods of analysis to collect documents, which were then screened and included by NoteExpress2.The present study used RevMan 5.2,provided by Cochrane, to do the traditional head to head meta analysis.Then used the software ADDIS to make a further network meta analysis on the study.Result 1.In this study,1645 articles were retrieved,27 of which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,2200 cases of premature infants.There are,12.3% of the studies described the generation of random order,1.5% studies were carried out on the random allocation concealment scheme, in which the blinding method was not used to describe the research object and the intervention.7.69% of researches evaluation to take the blind method,76.92% of the researches outcomes were completed,59.23% of the studies did not report the results of the selective report,27.69% of the studies had no other sources of bias.2.Direct comparison of Meta analysis results revealed:There were significant differences between the six developmental care measures and the usual care in the recovery of the birth weight days of preterm infants. [MD=-2.64, 95%(-2.78,-2.5) P<0.01].Comparison of single nursing and routine nursing, Nonnutritive sucking[MD=-2.6,95%(-2.76,-2.4) P<0.01],Touching[MD=-2.7, 95%(-3.18,-2.2) P<0.01],Bird nest nursing[MD=-2.24,95%(-3.17,-1.4) P<0.01],Comparison of two or more than two nursing measures and routine nursing, Non nutritive sucking combined with touching care[MD=-3.31,95%(-3.88,-2.7) P<0.01],Bird nest nursing with touching care[MD=-3.59,95%(-4.28,-2.8) P<0.01],Non nutritive sucking, the bird nest type nursing combined with touching care[MD=-2.18,95%(-2.64,-1.7) P<0.01].3.Mesh Meta analysis revealed:Nest type nursing care compared to conventional care[MD=-2.55, Confidence:(-5.03,-0.08)];Nest type nursing care and touching nursing compared to conventional care[MD=-4.28, Confidence:(-6.87,-1.73)];Non nutritive sucking compared with routine nursing[MD=-2.82, Confidence:(-3.88,-1.74)];Non nutritive with bird nest and touching nursing compared with conventional care[MD=-2.96, Confidence: (-4.56,-1.37)];Non nutritive sucking combined with touching care compared with conventional care[MD=-2.78, Confidence:(-4.56,-1.37)];Touching care and usual care comparison[MD=-3.35,Confidence:(-5.16,-1.59)].There is no obvious statistical difference between the six kinds of developmental nursing.Conclusion The six nursing modes of developmental care can restore the birth weight of premature infants more quickly than the conventional nursing care. It is beneficial to reduce the mortality of premature infant, shorten hospital stays, reduce the burden of preterm children and their families.It has a good effect on premature infant’s physical and mental health, recovery of body weight, early discharge, comfort, and disease treatment.Through Meta analysis and mesh Meta analysis, looking for the best nursing measures to promote the growth and development of premature infants, early recovery of birth weight, and find the best nursing model is the ultimate goal of this study. |
