The Sequence Investigation Of Growth In Children Of Han, Zhuang And Yao Ethnics From Guangxi

[Objective] Guangxi Han, Zhuang, Yao 7 to 15 years old Learning childrens’ physical, physical, sexual development level, comparison between the three ethnic groups of children’s growth, growth rate and induction process characteristics, school-age children to explore the region’s growth trajectory, trend, Guangxi CDC, the education sector to develop students’learning, nutrition, physical activity and other policies play a reference role, but also provide clues for the study of the future growth of children.[Methods] Hepu County, Guangxi is Han sampling points, sampling points Wuming Zhuang, Yao Gongcheng County of sampling points. In an informed, voluntary way for the principle in three county primary and secondary schools were selected parents are all Han, Zhuang, Yao’s 10,13-year-old healthy male and female students for the study, each sex and age group each extraction 50, using the method sequence studies, each spring from 2013 to 2015 for all subjects medical, physical, growth and development of investigative developmental aspects of survey indicators including height, sitting height, weight, chest circumference, vital capacity, standing Long, Xieshen chin or chin-up or one minute sit-ups, boys testicular volume, genital development level, the level of female breast development, pubic hair development level. In the three years after the end of the 7-year-old group of students to track 9 years old, the age group 10 to 12 years old student tracking,13-year-old group of students to track the age of 15, obtained from 7 to 15 years old during the Han, Zhuang, Yao students’growth and development of dynamic data.Data entry using EpiData software, using SPSS 16.0 software to do descriptive statistics and analysis, conducted the mean of each quantitative indicator, standard deviation, the difference calculated the Han, Zhuang, Yao all age groups of children growth and development, using t test, analysis of variance, rank sum test for differences between subgroups were significant test.[Results] 1 physical development:(1) Height:Zhuang girls height growth levels from 7 to 15 years each age group were better than the Han, Yao girl,7 years old,8 years old girl group Yao Han height growth levels than girls,9 years old Han girl catch up with the level of height growth and then go beyond Yao girls. Boys height growth optimum level of Zhuang, Han difference, followed by Yao lowest inter-ethnic statistically significant (F=3.07, P<0.05);(2) sitting height:In addition to 8-year-old group, the Zhuang girls sitting height development were higher than Han, Yao girls. Boys sit high level of development also Zhuang highest, followed by Han, Yao shortest, inter-ethnic difference was statistically significant (F=3.21, P<0.05).(3) Bust:from 7 to 9 years old Zhuang, Yao girl’s bust is always greater than the Han, inter-ethnic difference was statistically significant (F=5.21, P<0.05), from 11 to 13 age of Han, Zhuang girls bust is always greater than the Yao ethnic there were significant differences between (F=3.61, P<0.05). Boys bust Zhuang optimal developmental level,7 15 years in each age group were significantly higher than those of the Chinese, Yao students, inter-ethnic differences was statistically significant (F= 13.71, P<0.01).(4) Weight:weight Zhuang girls in all age groups were more than Han, Yao girls, inter-ethnic differences was statistically significant (F= 5.26, P<0.05). Zhuang’s weight has been higher than boys the same age group, the Han, Yao boys (F=5.73, P<0.01), inter-ethnic differences were statistically significant.2 Physical developments:(1) FVC:Zhuang girls FVC levels were better than the same age group, the Han, Yao girls, in addition to inter-ethnic group of 9-year-old was no significant difference outside (F=2.218, P=0.11), the remaining differences between ethnic groups has statistics significance. Vital capacity boys during 7 from 12 years Zhuang best, followed by Han, Yao differences worst inter-ethnic statistically significant (F=5.12, P<0.05),13 to 15-year-old Zhuang lung capacity level is still the best, but lung capacity level higher than the Han Yao boys boys inter-ethnic differences statistically significant (F=5.37, P<0.05).(2) standing long jump:standing long jump level of each age group Yao girls 7 13 years better than the Han, Zhuang between ethnic difference was statistically significant (F=7.35, P<0.05), from 13 to 15-year-old girls in each age group most Zhuang difference between excellent, followed by Yao Han worst ethnic statistically significant (F= 9.14, P<0.05). From 7 to 15-year-old Han, Zhuang, Yao students in addition to increasing cardiopulmonary function remained outside, lower limb explosive, waist muscle strength (F)/upper limbs (M) Development of water on average there have been stagnant or declining state of temporary; Han, Zhuang, Yao male and female sexual development began to develop the first time are the Zhuang, Han, followed by Yao at the latest.
