| Objective:1 case of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma was reported and reviewed the related literature in order to help the dermatologists to improve the level of understanding about the subcutaneous panniculitis like T-cell lymphoma’s diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Analysis of clinicopathological data and discussing about the pathogen,clinical features,differential diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Results:Clinical manifestations of the patient are typical. Histopathological changes are specific so it can be differentiated from other related diseases and diagnose as subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma.Conclusions:Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma is a rare disease. The diagnosis can be confirmed by typical clinical manifestations and pathological examinations,it needs to be distinguished from other related diseases to avoid misdiagnosis. Till now,there is no effective treatment. |
